(Yes, this is an ORP, but it might be closed to become private if there are too many people. ;D
Edit: Now PRP. Five people is quite enough. : D)

So many people, and yet, she was alone.

Sitting in a bench they had provided for weary consumers, Minori stared around at the crowd of people. Hands clutched a plastic cup on which the surface of it were starting to produce water droplets, trailing down and caressing her fingers. Lips found the rounded hole of the striped straw and she sucked, letting the cold liquid travel down her throat. The girl gave a grateful sigh. It was a rather hot day today and she had walked all the way here to the local mall, no, she didn't call it a 'commoner mall' unlike her other classmates. Minori found it demeaning.

Dark silky hair trailed down to her waist and her fringe was gathered and clipped backward with a simple purple clip. The look was completed with a short-sleeved purple and white striped top, a black skirt and purple slippers.

Taking another sip, Minori settled back on her seat and smiled. It reminded her almost of Austrailia, where she and her friends went to shop. Still, it was different. There was nobody here with her. She wondered vaguely if, just if, any Ouran students would come here. Of course not! She shook her head at that thought. She did wish for some company however.

Satu sighed and shoved his hands deeper into his pockets. He really didn't want to be here right now. Not in a place like this. The things you do for family huh? His twin sister had wandered off to look at more clothes. Aparently the best kind of clothes were manufactured. Satu was brought to hold the bags once she was finished for the day. Until then Satu made sure he kept a low profile and sulked around the shopping mall. He didn't want to buy anything (though he had looked in the music stores for a second or two).

Satu wished his sister hadn't left him now. He was starting to get a little paranoid about people staring at him. The fact that he looked sort of like a rock star didn't actually occur to him. With his expensive jeans, his deisgner t-shirt and his even more expensive leather jacket he didn't exactly fit in. The only thing that he was wearing that didn't cost atleast $300 were his old, tatty red converse, which the boy never took off.

He slumped along the shopping mall, his blond head down and not making eye contact with anyone around him. What if someone from school noticed him? Now that would be same serious bad shame. He looked up for a second, looking around. He saw a black haired girl sitting on a bench. He could swear he had seen her before but where he just didn't know. he stopped and leaned against a wall, bored and still sulking.

[[ xD YEY! Do/Should Mitsuko and Satu know each other IC? o3o They certainly know each other OOC. xD ANYWAYS, I HAVE A PIC OF MITSUKO'S OUTFIT. xD

'Tsuko ]]

Having been completely bored and unoccupied, Mitsuko decided it'd be a nice day to go out to somewhere that she hadn't been to in a while. The mall seemed to be just the place. The girl loved to surround herself with people, and enjoyed walking past the many stores, lingering at the window of those that interested her.

Her clothing itself didn't stand out too much. Dressed in a light shirt, pink skirt, and her hair tied into a braid, the girl seemed to look like a normal, commoner. Or at least, if you disregarded the fact she looked as if she was literally prancing from shop window to shop window.

Mitsuko suddenly skidded to a stop in front of a store window, directly in front of the bench Minori sat on. One could tell, from a single glance, that the shop she had stopped in front of was a pet store. Kittens pawed at each other in the windows, and, happily, the girl pressed her face against it. This caused a few stares from some those who passed by. Afterall, it wasn't everyday one saw a 16 year old prance through the mall, and press their face up against a window like a 4 year old.

Seraph dug through her bag, looking for her supplies. She pulled out a pencil, an eraser, and a sketch pad. Now to find her first subject... She scanned the commoners walking around the mall, doing their everyday shopping. Perfect She said to herself, spotting a boy leaning against a wall. She studied him for a moment, trying to discern what he might be like, and why he was there.

He looks sad. No, sad isn't really the right word... upset? No, not right either. Actually he looks more like he's sulking. But why? Seraph opened her sketchbook and flipped to a clean sheet. She started outlining his face first, wanting to capture the look he had now in case he changed it. As she sketched, she thought about all the possible reasons he might be sulking (At a mall of all places!) before deciding he probably just wanted to look cool.

((Tarii's outfit :B))
Why was she here again? Let's count up the reasons. Let's see...oh yea! Her father got one of his assistant chiefs go out to this 'mall' to get some ingredients and made her come. Trouble was that when they got to the food market Tarii became completely bored out of her skull. So what is a sixteen year old to do when you're bored in a mall? Leave your chaperon.

With a sly smile Tarii walked around the mall aimlessly. She's been here before with her old 'commoner friends' from her grade school days. Though those friends were long forgotten the memory of the mall layout was frightfully clear. Her black hair was clipped up for once, making sure her bangs didn't interrupt her eyes and she was wearing a pair of sunglasses to keep her cover low (also she thought they looked cool on). School uniform replaced with something just as yellow but much more comfortable (she would never say it but she hated that dress).

On her way to nowhere she did see Mitsuko plastering her facial image on a shop window but quickly moved away from the brunette, sensing trouble if she would talk. She felt a small vibration from her pocket, the sound overshadowed by the chatter of the mall crowd. Probably that lousy chaperon of hers. Once she felt the vibrations stop she quickly took out the phone and turned it off.

But that's when she noticed someone she recognized quite well. It was the blonde boy from her class that was foolishly late. Using her memory of steel she passed around his image in her head and recognized him as Satu. A small curvy smile passed her lips and she casually walked closer to the blonde, tapping him on the shoulder, expecting a jolt of surprise from the way he was so spaced out in sulk.

Minori took another sip of the banana milkshake, looking around at the crowd. And suddenly, she choked, staring at the blond boy against the pillar. She recognized those designer clothes immediately; thanks to her parents being fashion designers, and wondered if what she was thinking had come true. That Ouran people would be here. She didn't really know him anyway, she looked away, only to spot Mitsuko. A smile came over her face. Now, that was someone she wouldn't exactly be surprised to be here.

Walking over to stand next to Mitsuko, she peered into the window and laughed at the kittens' antics. "They're adorable, aren't they Mitsuko-chan?" She turned to smile at the other, some her black hair swinging over her shoulder.

Blinking in surprise as she was addressed, Mitsuko pulled away from the window, and tore her gaze from the frolicking kittens to look at the girl who spoke to her, a grin immediately spreading across her face as she recognized the voice.

"They are!" The girl chirped in agreement, before grinning at Minori, the palms of her hands still pressed against the glass. "If I didn't already have my tabby kitten, and husky at home, I'd buy another." She glanced at the animals longingly for a moment, before dropping her hands from the glass window, and putting them behind her back cheerily. "I'm happy to see I'm not the only one who comes to this mall! It's nice to see you here, Minori-chan!" She nodded. "I didn't expect to see anyone else from Ouran here, to be honest."

Before she could continue, her absentmindedly gaze drifted about, only to fall on a girl who was tapping a sulky looking boy's shoulder. For a moment, she stared, before her eyes popped open wide. "We're not the only Ouran goers here though." She recognized the girl, Tarii, from the beginning of the school year. She had seen the other girl around, but hadn't spoken to her. As for the male...Was that Satu?

Satu turned around lazing, getting ready to give out to his little sister. He had been abandoned here for over an hour and he couldn't leave because he was supposed to be minding her. He looked down only to see, to his horror that it wasn't his sister at all. His eyes widened slightly. What was someone from Ouran doing here? Not just anyone, a class mate. And they had seen him, he couldn't get out of this one very easily. He closed his eyes for a second trying to calm himself. Okay if she told anyone that she had seen Satu here all he would have to do would be to tell them that she was there aswell. It was unlikely that she would tell anyway.

When he looked up again he had his normal, charming smile, plastered on his face. "Good afternoon Miss Wasutori." he said, as pleasently as he could, hoping to god that she hadn't seen his sulking fit. Then she would realise that he was infact a spoilt brat and she wouldn't want to be his friend anymore. "What are you doing in a place like this?" His voice was pleasent and casual because once again he had placed on his 'meeting new people' mask which made him seem like a perfectly charming person.

Miho's outfit- here

Miho was shaking slightly, only this time it wasn't in fear, it was in pure anger. This time her mother has just gone too far. Not only had she insisted that Miho leave the comforting solitude of her own room but she had sent her to a place swarming with people. For nothing more than to buy a new outfit for the upcoming function her family was hosting. And to add insult to injury her mother had sent along this bodyguard. Miho sent a glare at the man behind her who towered over everyone in the mall. What better way to call attention to herself.

Of course, out of spite Miho had chosen to go a commoners mall. She was begining to regret that decision though. In a fancier mall her bodyguard might not stand out so much, in fact her mother might not have insisted on the bodyguard at all.

Then of course there had been the complete indignity of her mother forcing her to let the maids chose her outfit. Which meant that she was now stuck in a outfit that she never would have picked out for herself. She far preferred clothes that were comfortable, and the tank top turtleneck she was wearing was itchy and scratchy. However it wasn't as bad as it could have been, her outfit wasn't bright pink or anything like that.

Grumbling irritably she shifted the strap of the bag on her shoulder. However, absorbed in her grumbling as she was she failed to notice the Mitsuko glued to the shop window and...

WHAM

Well, that settled it. This was the WORST weekend day ever. Absorbed in her thoughts as she had been Miho had failed to notice the girl in front of her and had slammed directly into her. Thus, here Miho was sprawled on the ground, dazed, and sure exactly just what had happened. What she did know though was that the whimper of a headache that she'd had before was now a roar, and that this bodyguard was totally useless as he couldn't even stop her from running into someone and hurting herself.

Tarii's peripheral vision had caught a wide eyed Mitsuko staring at her with such...glee in her eyes. The ebony black haired girl decided to ignore Mitsuko and focus more on Satu. Her poor blonde haired classmate was just in a sulking fit, meaning that he obviously didn't want to be in the mall. How could Tarii blame him? She doesn't exactly want to be here either. Though the fact that he looked so...well...rich looking didn't help the idea that he could blend into the crowd.

"Now don't be so formal, Satu," Tarii mischievously smiled at him. Honestly she didn't want him to personify her by her last name. That was her mother and father's name. She had no right to use them for her own identity. Neither did she want to for that matter. "Just call me, Tarii, please." Please? It sounded more like a demand! Screamed the back of her left brain.

Yet something twitched in Tarii's brain that she didn't ignore and knew quite clearly. It seemed like Satu was just smiling because he had to. Did he want to smile at her, or maybe he was just like so many other people she knew. Quite a fake in his kind words. "Satu...why are you smiling?" She asked in a quite voice, even though she knew the reason already. Tarii decided to totally ignore his question on why she was here.

Her ear twitched lightly at the sound of a small banging. Her peripheral vision focused off of Mitsuko for a moment and turn to the corner of her eye to see the source of the bang. Miho? What was the panicking, shy, Miho doing in a mall; a commoner one for that matter. Infact why were so many people she had seen were in this mall. She only told the chaperon to come to this mall because she was sure that they wouldn't be here. Wonderful.

It's a good thing Seraph had started on the boy's face because it wasn't long before a girl came up to him and brought a smile to the former sulking look. She paused for a moment, deciding whether or not she still wanted to draw him. She only needed to draw his legs, but since he moved his position, she didn't feel like readjusting the rest of her picture. She sighed and decided to leave it as is.

As she was putting her sketchbook back in her bag, she heard a commotion off to her side; looks like someone had a collision. She stood up and walked over to the group of girls to see if everyone was alright.

Minori grinned. "I have a kitten too." Immediately, guilt sank in again, as she remembered what happened when Rose sneaked in her bag on the first day of school. "I also have a rabbit. I want a dog though, but I like big dogs, and my mother says it would be too much trouble." She frowned, not getting her mother's excuse. There were plenty of servants around, plus Minori herself loved dogs. "I didn't either." She admitted, sipping more of the liquid from the cup. She nodded, not exactly surprised that Mitsuko had figured it out.

When another girl crashed into Mitsuko, Minori's eyes widened, recognising her as another Ouran student. What was happening today? An Ouran explosion in the mall? "Mitsuko, are you all right?" She asked worriedly.

Mitsuko offered Minori a grin of her own in response, before she clapped her hands together cheerily. "Do you? You should come over sometimes, so your kitten can meet mine! Maybe they'll be friends!" The girl never seemed to be aware that not everyone wanted to make friends. She, for one, was completely bold, ditzy, and oblivious to such things. Then, tilting her head to the side, she added, "I think you really should visit my home sometime then! You can play with Alimet - my husky - and bring your kitten?"

Before she could make any more offers, the girl yelped as she felt someone collide with her. Falling to the ground, she sat up slowly, wincing as she rubbed her head, but offering a sheepish smile up at Minori. "Don't worry Minori-chan, I'm fine! I fall a lot of my own anyways!" Then, standing up, she knelt over the other girl and held out a hand. "Are you alrigh - " Cutting herself off, Mitsuko blinked a few times. "...Miho-chan?" She asked, looking surprised for a moment.
PostPosted: Tue Jun 12, 2007 10:07 pm

"Huh?" Okay, so maybe not the most intelligent response, but she had just rammed into someone and her mind had been elsewhere. Miho blinked up at Mitsuko for a moment before noticing her surroundings and, more important the people around her. Oh great. Miho groaned softly.

Not only was she stuck in a mall, a commoner mall, followed by a bodyguard and surrounded by people but they were people who knew her. Speaking of that bodyguard, he had finally showed up. He was helping her to her feet, and asking vague but worried questions about her welfare. Not that he actually cared, he was just worried he'd be fired if she was actually hurt.

With a glare and a curt word she brushed the bodyguard aside and turned back to the Ouran students. "What is this? Some kind of Ouran party? And if it is who holds a party in a commoner mall?"

Satu stopped for a second. Oh dear he may have insulted her by calling him something so formal? "Oh I'm sorry. I was always taught to be formal. I guess its just habit." he said absentmindedly. He wondered if his sister had this much trouble talking to people. No she didn't. She always had a crowd of people around her. Satu had seen this mob first hand, since they pretty much lived at his house.

Tariis question brought his back from his little dream world very quickly. He stop and stared at her for a second. "Um..." he really couldn't give an answer forthis. He had always though the friendlier looking he was the more someone would like him. "Well...um..." he continued. His mind had gone completely blank. There was no cleaver answer coming to him like normal. Someone had found him out, seen though the fake face. "...I'm not sure actually." he finished lamely. Real smooth Satu he thought as he looked away from Tarii with a little laugh, his face and ears going bright red.
