Oh, how absolutely delightful! Nothing had anything that even looked the slightest bit soiled by technology. That was one of the biggest thrills that Vixen saw. The only thing that made her happier was perhaps all the murders that would take place in this wonderful scenery. Rocks were everywhere. Lovely earthly scenery laid out before her very eyes. Noises from any direction signified something living. Anything living besides her partners in crime meant that they were secretly bidding her to kill them. She could deal with that.
"So, are we ready?"

Skip looked around. This place actually looked pretty fun. The exploration gene in Skip that was usually dormant was now getting woken up, and was ready to go. "Yeah, I'm as ready as I'll ever be. I think," said Skip.

Vixen nodded and assumed that Emerald was ready too. There didn't seem much to the place at the current moment, seeing as it just looked like a really long passage way. Oh, well, the fun would come soon enough, Vixen was sure of that. So she began to walk down the path.

[Robby won Remission!]
Emerald piped up now.
"Then, what are waiting for! Let's-AAH!!"
Suddenly, a pair larger-than-normal snakes appeared, silently slithering across the slippery slope ahead. They traveled in unison, their greenish-blue bodies undulating together...they did not look friendly...

"Geh!" Shouted Skip, in surprise. Brandishing his rusty little dagger, he began slashing at the snakes. He figured this probably wouldn't do much, but he felt an unavoidable desire to be the first to attack.

He was definitely the quicker of the group, since he wasn't burdened by armor and the like.
<> to Serpent 1
His blade connected, yet rather weakly. Magic was his best bet...but it was very draining. Maybe this was the best move. Attacking. Yeah. For now.
(32 Damage!)
The serpent recoiled, and struck with a forceful counterattack at the flailing boy.

Meanwhile, the other snake circled Emerald, and snapped in with a toothy strike.

(23 damage!)
Barely a scratch. Hah!
"You ******** think that's an attack? I'll show you! HYAA!"
<> to Serpent 2
(58 damage!)
"That's right, b***h! You TAKE that sword!"

Ugh...Skip felt sick, all of a sudden...where the bite landed, on his arm...it was swelling...damn poison...

Burning things was fun! But Vixen needed to concentrate, considering Skip looked really sick right now. Poison? Probably. So Vixen decided to attack Serpent 1. Having a summoner was absolutely no fun at all if he was very dead-like. Maybe those leaves would help him? Well, not if he kept getting bitten. So Vixen charged over to Serpent 1 and attacked with a dagger.

[Didn't you already roll for remission? The core 2 was for his poison only. You guys will connect with any beast-enemies, unless I say you don't.]
Damn, she was strong. The dagger did some serious damage, and a good deal of blood spilled out of the hissing creature.

(76 damage!)
It was really weakened, now...
Skip felt a little better...was it his turn to attack the things?

Ignoring the urge to vomit, Skip began hacking at Serpent 1, hoping to finish it off. "I'll show you to poison me!" he yelled vaguely. < > to Serpent 1

(Poison...-12 HP)
The thing hissed and lunged back, striking Skip again, this time in the right leg. It stung...and really ******** hurt...but at least this time there was no poison.
(56 damage)
Meanwhile, Eva and the other snake were still in battle. It lunged straight at her...in a last ditch move, she ducked! *

Woohoo! It flew straight overhead, landing behind her with a thump!
She swung back, with massive force.*
[* If the enemy does miss, you may attack and roll for a critical attack. These blows are 1.75xDMG, so I'd take any of these chances. BTW, don't think I'm stacking Emerald. I'm just using her to teach you guys what's gonna happen in fights as we progress.]
