 Riley pawed the ground on the beach. He hadn't been here before and thought it may be a good place to find some fun. Rily was all about having fun and having adventures.
Riley went close to the water and looked down at his reflection. He stuck his tounge out at his image and laughed.

Dancia trotted through the flap of her beach teepee...and straight into the ocean. The young mare thrashed about for perhaps a two seconds in shock, then regained her composure. Apparently, the teepee had rotated itself in the night- so the ocean was now facing its entrance instead of its back. Dani wondered how it could have happened, but did not waste time sating her curiosity. She rose easily out of the water; the ocean waves wrapping themselves around her hooves in a final embrace. She strode over to the teepee, and shoved her weight against one side, in an attempt to shift it back into position. The tricky part about the whole thing was to move the teepee without disturbing its contents.

Riley heard the splashing and turned to see a mare next to a teepee. She was went and was pushing agasint the teepee.
Riley trotted over and looked at her, "What'cha doing?" He was rather curious to know why she was pushing her teepee so close to the water.

Dani turned around in surprise, and saw that a young stallion was the source of the question. "I'm turning the teepee so you don't have to walk into the ocean," she answered, quickly gesturing to her wet self. She might not have taken it too hardly- Dani loved swimming in the ocean, and, it had woken her up thoroughly, but she knew that the human girl she had adopted, Saika, would not take a sudden dunking too well. The young girl was rather...frail, and although she could swim quite well, Dani was unsure about whether or not she could fight the waves back before she was swept out to sea.

Riley nodded, "Oh." He guessed that made since. Who would want to go straight into the water?
"You want help?" He asked as he trotted a bit closer to her. He wasn't sure how strong he was, but he would try. "I think maybe with two it would work better?" He suggested.

(( Soooo sorry about this huge delay. @.@ Between net problems, thunderstorms, and coastal visits, I haven't been on Gaia much.... ))
Dani smiled tentatively. "Thanks, I'd appreciate that." She shifted over to create room for the stallion, and heaved against the teepee with all her might. "First, we should just move the teepee farther away from the water," she suggested. "Then we could turn it." Luckily, there was nobody inside the teepee currently. The humans had gone to the village for trading, and the Soquili were on walks, off adventuring, etc.

Riley trotted over and stood next to her and pushed. He felt it move a bit. "That's a great idea." He pushed again and waited to see how far they needed to go.

Dani smiled and continued shoving. She eyed a spot about ten feet away, a flat area next to a cluster of rocks. "Let's aim for those rocks, okay?" she directed, shifting her weight so she could change direction.

"Sounds good." Riley shifted his weight as well and then shoved for the rocks. "That looks like a great place for a teepee." Riley said between pushes.
