It's important to pick user friendly colours when considering background and layout.
BLINDING NEON GREEN is a good start.
It also helps for the comic to make NO SENSE WHATSOEVER and be woefully unfunny. This is a chic new form of storytelling, better known as 'total bollocks'.
For finishing touches, make panels are too large against the 'action' inside them. Then add a similiarly disproprotionately large heading in a colour that would make any sane human being want to maul their eyes repeatedly with a baseball bat studded with nails.
Then take a Tails sprite and floodfill it green, aaaaaaand done!

As much as I love sarcasm, it really doesn't have a place in giving constructive feedback and criticisms of somebody's comics.

If someone has clearly put no time (or at least, no talent) in making this travesty of a .gif (yes! A .gif!), why should I waste my own time and effort pretending this is anything other than a total piece of crap?

Hmm... Let me re-direct your attention for one moment, so that you may view The Ten Commandments of making sprite comics. Another thing which may help you in the future, pointing out what not to do, " Screw These Comics" Both are somewhat helpful for either the younger or newer sprite comic producer.

Nobody is forcing you to read it though, so why complain about wasting your time reading it when it's clearly your own choice to do so and the only one you have to blame is yourself?
