Now I kow there has to be another Ayumi Hamasaki fan. ^_^ So tell me what are your favorite songs? Mine are: STEP You, Powder Snow, Pride, Ourselves, Part of Me, and much more that I can't think of right now. xd

Overall, I don't really like Ayu that much. There are occasional songs i LOVE (dearest, beautiful fighters, ladies night) but other than those few, I don't really like her music.

I love Ayu, shes one of my fave j-pop singers! My fave songs are Real Me, Bold and Delicious, Born to Be, Whatever, M, Blue Bird, and many more. heart

I love her. heart I love the song Step You, Talkin' to Myself, Trauma, Voyage, Evolution and Dearest. She was one of the first Jpop singer I listened to. whee

I love her. whee 2nd only to Utada. :3 I'm really anxious for the first quarter of this year, as Utada, Koda, and her are all releasing new albums. whee My new iPod is gonna get full again... -.-

It has been announced that Hamasaki-sama is completely deaf in her left ear.
She stated that she will continue singing for as long as she can, either until her right ear fails her or until she can't anymore.
I really admire Ayumin for doing this, but I think it's a little silly too, since she'll eventually (likely) end up completely deaf, which would be so sad for her...The Empress' ears are probably suffering from her line of work, it's thought~~ All the best, Ayu!! Please keep going, but do what's best for you!!

OMG, I thought you were joking, but it's true. surprised From wiki:
"Through her blog, Ayumi announced on January 4th, 2008 that she had gone deaf in her left ear as a result of her longevity of performing."
I love her music and would hate to see her stop making it, but for her health, she's better off leaving the music business...

Poor Ayu, I was never a huge fan, but I did like some of her music... crying Me too....and I always admired her for going through with being a singer, even though she had troubles in high school. Apparently she was very smart and found classes easy, but as she had blonde hair her teachers considered her to be a rebel and gave her low marks. So I think that Ayu is a strong woman..... rolleyes 3nodding sweatdrop If she stuck to recording only and not singing live so much, her right ear might stay all right, but I doubt she'd do that. =3='' Ayumin......
