Physical Description if Starting Human: Is usually seen wearing long, tan, rugged pants with many pockets and numerous dirt stains. He has an olive green kerchief with a pokeball in the middle that he wears around his neck. During excavations he ties it over his mouth to keep dust from coming in. He also has a white, short sleeved shirt which is worn underneath a tan vest. Wears goggles on his forehead.

Occupation: Assistant Paleontologist
Personality: Usually calm. Is very patient and tries to stay on the bright side of things, (This was probably due to the many failed digs by his father and himself.)

History: Vince's father is an acomplished a paleontologist and has been cheif of many important dig sites. When Cronus offered to fund more digging expeditions, but requiquired to examine some previously discovered pokemon fossils as examples of their specimens.

However, Vince's father was too busy directing his team on an especially important dig, and could not afford to leave. Instead, he sent his only son with a sample of their extraordinary find. Vince, a part-time pokemon trainer, had a trained Larvitar to help with the digs. He brought his Larvitaur with him during his trip to Cronus by helicopter.

Presenting a perfectly preserved Aerodactyl skull with intact DNA to Cronus, he assured them that a full skeleton would be shipped over to be examined in time and that his father's efforts were not in vain. The discovery of the extinct pokemon had been the reason that the cheif paleliontaologist had not come himself. Unfortunately for Vince, he had no idea what kind of power he was handing over to Cronus with the DNA of the prehistoric pokemon.
Strengths: Has a lot of determination toward things that he wants to do, he keeps persisting.
