A long time past, far before the war between the Avatar and the Fire Lords there stood two more bending elements known to man, that of Lightning and Ice.
When the war had come though all the Nations fell back from helping the Avatar relying on him to handle the Fire Lords on his own.
Only the Ice and Lightning Nations stood firm besides the Avatar and helped him.
Then when the Avatar had fallen, the Fire Lords whiped out the Ice and Lightning people and scattered the other Nations.
The Ice and Lightning bending skills were lost with their Nations that is until now...


Plot:
Aang has finally done it, he has finished his training and has mastered all four bending skills.
That is until he ran across a cart with an old women who sold him a scroll with a map to the Island of Lightning and Ice.
She spoke to him of the legands of the old Nations that once dwelt there.
With that being said Aang knew he had to search out this island and see if he could find anything on the lost Nation's bendings skills, but what he finds instead is more than just scrolls.
