Based on a suggestion in the world suggestion thread. I think it was earth2dragon's. We'll just be discussing, so it's ready when we have the gold for it.
I'm gonna post some of my ideas for this Realm later. Please don't post until I have.
EDIT: Okay, I think the basic idea was to have a world covered completely in water.
My additions:
-It wouldn't be completely watery. We would have some (really large and tall) stone spire things that jut out of the ocean in some places.
-Races:
*Mermaid/Merman type of beings.
*Shark/Predatory type beings. Larger than the merpeople, but not whale-big. They would also be more beast-looking than the merpeople.
*Maybe a reptile-like race that can cling the rocky spires.
And that's pretty much all I can think of right now. Any one else have some ideas?

Well, I have one, I think earth2dragon should become a crew member, to work on this one. I think she could do a good job.
The lizards might be pushing it a little, however, there is no reason why their can't be a small land mass for us dirt-walkers. Maybe that would be where the 'bridge' would be located, giving a reason as to why these merpeople are not usually found in other worlds, they can't exactly get to the gate to do so.
Characters from this world may find it harder to go to other worlds, with the whole sea theme and all. You would need to let these merpeople land worthy, just stronger in water is all. They would have to have feet of some kind, so they can walk, and maybe their legs are covered in fins?
We also need some way to have the dirt-walkers be able to breath under water in order to have this world truly be compatible with all the others. Maybe have it as a magic that the merpeople know how to do, so you have to have one of two things:
-A merperson in your party.
-befriend a merperson to enchant you with this magic.
