The planet look like a gem from space, because, i fact, chemicals in the oceans combine and produce gems on the shallow sea floor. Though beautiful, these gems are essentially worthless. However, this interesting phenomena has lead many to call Dojouro the Gem World. Two moons orbit the planet, Iella and Olexti, one with a fully habitable moon, and one only partially habitable. Also in orbit of the planet are massive shipyards, the military headquarters of the Galactic Federation, a civilian station and a naval fort. The composition of the population is mainly made up of Humans, and Dojourians, the native species on the planet. However, many other species are represented among the population of Dojouro. The land dwelling species live on the three primary continents, Cambria, Onaga, and Tonga. Water dwelling species live in the underwater cities built by the Dojourians in the early years of the Empire. The cities span hundreds of miles and are inhabited by hundreds of millions of people. The throne of the Confederacy Empire has been located here since the beginning of time, and so naturally as the Empire began to fall, the final battle would have to take place here. In the civil war led by ex-Empress turned rebel Admiral Tahiri Veila Panjirinanu, the final battle took place in the skies, orbiting space, and on the ground of Dojouro. This battle turned into the bloodiest and deadliest venue of the entire war. The planet suffered greatly from the battle, from friendly fire bombardment, falling debris, and rebellion. After the battle, the newly formed Galactic Federation of Free Worlds set to restore the planet to its greatness, to serve as the capital of the new government. Now the seat of the democratic Galactic Federation, Dojouro served as a rallying point for democracy as the recovery effort turned into another war, this one against members of the old Empire. A separatist movement lead by Tarsonis brought the governments of Dojouro and Tarsonis to head. The war ended after only a few years with the break-up of the government formed by Tarsonis. Once against the restoration effort began.

General Mana Landguard Staging Area Dreadnought Aferyon, Dojouro orbit Galactic territory - Secure The General was onboard. He'd just tracked down his personal division in the army he was to lead. It was good to see the Landguard division again. And the tanks and mechs were welcome sights.
After, he'd head to his room while he waited.

Dreadnought Aferyon, Dojouro Orbital Captain Aryin Tibut
The Aferyon and the rest of the task force moved out of the Dojouro orbital, after receiving confirmation from Dojouro Command. The small task force cleared the atmosphere and engaged their jump engines, accelerating to lightspeed and moving toward Ameriu.

General Mana Landguard Personal room of General Mana Landguard Dreadnought Aferyon, Lightspeed Galactic territory - Secure In his room, the general sighed. If the stupid bugs had given him just one more day, he'd have gotten to have dinner with the secutary. Sighing at the unfairness of it, he lay on the small bed, waiting.

Federation Space Dojouro System 3 Light Months Out Culture DROU
The Culture Very Fast Picket Killing Time decelerated into the Dojouro System at 120 thousand times the speed of light. It had converted much of its inside space that had been quarters and emptiness into engines to converse the great distances between galaxies that brought it to Federation space. It's highly advanced sensor arrays scanned the planets around it, these were a rather low tech civilization compared to the Culture, but had become a bit of an annoyance, the Culture did its diplomacy by interfering in other races affares with the use of agents in governments. This Federation made it hard to do things subtly when they so enjoyed throwing the weight of their warfleet about.
The Demilitarized ROU locked its supralight communicator onto one of the Orbital stations around this planet. It had picked up a number of transmissions from Federation ships and from other races they had encountered they had discerned the location of their home planet. It had not been a difficult task, Culture agents were miracle workers, if the Culture believed in miracles, which they didn't. The Mind prepared its message and transmitted it.
Widebeam, Federation Basic Clear oDROU Killing Time xFederation Station
I have come on behalf of the Contact to deliver a message. You will cease your aggressive diplomatic policies at once and adopt a policy of isolationism. Do you accept?

Fort Dojouro Dojouro High Orbit, Dojouro SystemThe ship's approach was noted, however, since all hyperspace/slipspace lanes on approach to the capital system were heavily defended and lined with hyperspace beacons. Hence, when the ship reverted to realspace, the several thousand defensive stations spread throughout the system came online, their passive AI linking the stations to the command station, a Marshall Mk III orbiting the capital world of Dojouro. Fort Dojouro was then linked to the StarFleet Headquarters, which also orbited the capital world as well as Fleet Command and the Presidential Palace on the ground. Through these facilities, Fort Dojouro transmitted a response message. >>>Unknown Contact >>>Galactic Federation of Free Worlds Command
You are in violation of secure space and are ordered to stand down immediately and leave our space, or you will be fired upon. Repeat, you are to leave Galactic Federation territory or you will be fired upon. If you wish to return under peaceful pretenses, then you may, however, your hostile attitude will result in your ship being deemed as hostile and may result it being fired upon. The Galactic Federation does not give in to unwarranted demands from aggressive nations. Your ship is directed to leave Galactic Federation space immediately. Repeat one last time, leave Galactic Federation space or you will be fired upon.

Federation Space Dojouro System 3 Light Months Out Culture DROU
Killing Time reactivated it's engines, which took up, in this case, 80% of the vessel. The DROU moved out to a distance of a Light Year distance from the planet, resending its message, it would take the vessel no more than a minute or so to move to this distance.
~
Once again, you will cease your aggressive diplomatic policies with other space nations and adopt a policy of isolationism within your own Galaxy. This is not up to discussion, and this is not a threat, our race is not an aggressive one and we do not usually condone war. However, any attack on our forces will be met with absolubte destruction.

Fort Dojouro Dojouro High Orbit, Dojouro SystemThe ship's next movement was tracked and it's destination provided throughout the Federation defense network. Most of the weapons would reach out that far, except for the hyperspace missiles launched from the GOD satellites. However, the ships in orbit could quickly be scrambled to that location to provide the necessary firepower. Your craft is still in violation of Galactic Federation space and has maintained its hostile attitude. You are to remove your craft immediately, or you will force the Federation to attack. The Galactic Federation does not give in to threats, which this clearly is, and will not halt our peaceful connections with outside space nations. Your race, despite what you claim, are acting hostile by threaten violence against a peaceful nation. One final repeat, remove your vessel from Galactic Federation space or you will force us to open fire. As the message was transmitted, a encrypted message was transmitted to the G.O.D. Aegis satellites to prepare fire their waves of ionic hyperspace missiles. All thousand satellites prepared their weapons system, each one bringing their missile batteries capable of launching twenty-four missiles (forty-eight if you count the proton hypwave missiles) online. If the ship persisted, it would be bombarded with over twenty-four thousand ion missiles per half minute.

Federation Space Dojouro System 3 Light Months Out Culture DROU
The Mind was amused by this turn of events, it waited several seconds, several seconds that to it's own intellect were like several hours. It sat, considering it's next plan, it had run scans on several of the sattelites in the area, the so called defensive satellites, it knew that any one of them would have difficulty scratching the ROU. Even if it wasn't armed, but the ship didn't need weapons to defeat an enemy as clearly untechnologically advanced as this one, they didn't even have machines that could be described as anything even close to intelligent. It probed.
It's immensely powerful intellect, one so powerful that all of the scientists that this civilization could possibly collect would never even comprehend, even given an existence as long as the Minds. It probed. It easily penetrated the simple systems of one of the nearest satellites with its Electromagnetic Effector, easily taking over the simple computer systems available to it, it downloaded all information on their weapon and ship systems into its database, not that there was much to it, it was all terribly uncomplicated, and still it remained still in space. It took no less than a few microseconds until the satellite had been completely explored by the Mind, catalogued, downloaded, and then thoroughly wiped.
It had been tempted to upload a simple, by it's own standards anyway, program that would systematically run through their entire network, wiping all of their control systems and functions, leaving them dead in space, it wasn't necessary, the one satellite it had invaded now sat dead in space, removed from the rest of the defensive network and without any programming at all. It was a large metal, or composite box loaded with fireworks, nothing more, and none of the others in the defensive network seemed to be anything more to the Mind. It uploaded a new program into the empty shell of the satellite, it released the containment in all of its weapon systems and power sources, causing the energy particles to rush out and meet solid mass in a large release of photons, detonating the small satellite. The (D)ROU sent a new message to the barbaric civilization.
~ It's impolite to threaten a messanger
It had not taken the Mind more than 10 seconds to complete any of the tasks in undertook as a whole, and that was with it's pondering. If it had been in a hurry it could have quite easily have done the entire thing in the time it took the poor biological creatures to listen to its message, they were so slow, how did they ever get anything done?
