Favorite pairings! x3 I love doing this!
Okay, my OTP is SasuNaru/NaruSasu/NaruSasuNaru/SasuNaruSasu. I don't really care about seme/uke in this case because honestly... having one over the other all the time makes Sasuke and Naruto hopelessly OOC. I mean, Sasuke has a superiority complex and Naruto is the guy that said that he would break Sasuke in order to bring him home. Neither would honestly give up. *cough* But that's something that should be reserved for the debate forum. >>
Anyway, moving on! My OTCP is ItaKyuu/KyuuIta... because it pwns! Chyeah! I don't really care if you agree or not because this is a crack pairing. It doesn't make sense and it honestly shouldn't make sense. LOL
My OTYP [yuri] is InoSaku/SakuIno... or TemaIno/InoTema. InoSaku because for one, I love rivalshipping, for another, I love best friend shipping, and last of all, because these two really do care about each other, even if they argue all the time and compete like crazy. TemaIno because of the fanfiction. >> Fanfics are really the way to convert me to a pairing (or a character) because I get to see things from the fandom's point of view. *cough* That doesn't mean you can convert me to something like GaaNaru or NejiNaru, though. *cough*
I haven't fully decided yet, but my OT3 is either SuiSasuNaru or SasuNaruSaku/SakuNaruSasu (which, yes, in my eyes must be in either of those orders. I might explain my POV to you one day). SuiSasuNaru would pwn so bad, and I just adore the dynamic of Team 7 (minus Kakashi... because I'm not talking about foursomes, here).
My favorite het pairing is LeeSaku. I think that this could help both of these characters out positively. Lee's absolutely dedicated in everything that he claims and I think that that could really mean something to Sakura--having someone who's dedicated to her fully in every aspect. I also think that it would do her good to be with someone who's not the most popular guy on the block--it could teach her to love someone for their personality and not for their outward features first and foremost. As for Lee, Sakura's strong and kind (when you don't insult her, of course) and knows how to be reasonable (something which Lee has yet to learn LOL). Ah well, I really love this pairing and I have since Lee's first appearance.
I'm also hugely supportive of:
-SuiSasu (naked behind Sasuke for quite a few minutes guys! Remember? xD). It pwns you.
-NejiHina... *sigh* Because I think that it would have a lot of potential to affect things... in a good way. I also think that it makes sense.
-ItaSasu. Because I loved the way that they were before Itachi's betrayal and I have my own beliefs as to why Itachi did what he did, as well as to the theory of how complicated Itachi and Sasuke's relationship really is. The one thing that I don't like about this pairing is the 8-year-old!Sasuke-molestation idea. It kills me.
-NejiGaa. It's crack. Plain and simple.
-As well as NejiSasu, ShikaSasu, and GaaSasu. Honestly, I like these because they're different. I get so tired of always seeing the stereotypical Naruto pairings (probably because I don't like pairing Naruto with many people other than Sasuke--or Sakura/Suigetsu when in my OT3). I think that these are really hard to make realistic as well and you'd have to have a good handle on the characters to make their attraction realistic.
And finally... my guilty-pleasure pairings. Hehehe...
KyuuOro. If you're a SasuNaru/NaruSasu fan and you haven't read Zrina's The Sound of Dreams then you should. And then maybe you'd understand how this got on my list to begin with. Very interesting crack pairing, really. I think that it was the non-con that got me this time (and converted me to adding non-con to my list of favorite dark-fic elements).
OroSasu. I guess that my constant joking about Orochimaru being a pervert and wanting to molest Sasuke finally turned and bit me in the behind. >> I can actually stand this. It's OroNaru that I'm not super fond of now.
KabuSasu. I don't know how this one came up, but it did. I think it's because I was hinting at it in my NaruSasuNaru story. LOL I really don't know how I came to like this pairing.
Anyway, these aren't all of my favorite pairings (it doesn't even come close, actually), but these are a few that I felt the random urge to bring up. LOL

EDIT: I take that back. I technically mentioned 16 out of 88 total pairings (and the list doesn't count my OTP. xD) So I mentioned either 16/88 or 17/89. However you want to look at it.

There are more, if I cared to wake up. At some point I'd like to explain these, at least as well as they can be explained. Overall, I like the dynamic. Maybe there are some I just think are cute, and the few that I originally thought of because I had fun making up words for them, but it's mostly the dynamic. Then there's the crack-tastic, "make me believe it" quality that some of them have. I don't necessarily think these will last, mind you-- I'm sure a number would crash and burn quite spectacularly. But I don't think the only relationships worthwhile are the relationships that lead to a happily ever after or lots of pretty babies; I like relationships that I think all involved characters would get something out of or grow from or just have fun with. Because sometime the first person you kiss isn't the first person you boink, and sometimes the first person you boink isn't who you spend the rest of your life with. I'd sort of like to see more of those, to be honest.
What I really hate, though, is when people tell me that my 'ships will never become canon.

Seriously, how stupid do I come across as being to these people? What way would I have to hold the manga, with what color glasses, in order to read ShinoSaku or LeeGaa EbiAnko in canon? I'd sort of like to know.
Right down to it-- I don't care how crack it is (well, sorta, but not much). I like what I like, and I'll be the happiest clam you ever did see if no couples, including mine, ever become canon. In the time being, ShinoSaku needs more love. Quality love, preferably.

By neutral, I tend to mean that I don't mind them. With the first three two, I actually kind of half-ship them. I had three, but I recently was completely converted to SasuSaku. >> Anyway, I... urm... tend to write them if I need to, and I actually enjoy writing them, but I'm not what you'd call a "fan" in any sense of the word. As for the other Neutrals, I can stand them.

^^ Kewl~ I like your short list. Sometimes, I wish that mine is that short so that I can remember all of my pairings in one sitting... but then I can't help but think that pairings are fun to ship. I don't know if I'd be able to ever give up any one of them.
When you say "short," do you mean that you have more?
And my list is huge, I know. I ended up having to move SasuSaku from "Neutral" because I finally caved (the fanart is so pretty~); I've been half shipping it for a while. I have a feeling that very soon NaruSaku is going to follow, and then NaruHina after a while. NaruHina is... at the moment, anyway, pretty iffy with me, though.
