So I was looking around Youtube
And I discovered that there is this entire genera of video devoted to the cover of songs.
I watched like....20 covers of cancer.
A couple of them were pretty decent.
I guess I never realized exactly how much people devote to mcr on there.
So.
I guess.

I know, I've seen a lot of covers for Cancer. heck, I went back to my highschool around Christmas and someone was doing a cover of cancer for this mini talent show they had going on in the foyer.
(I only just noticed this thread right now by the way... yes I know, I fail)

people love that song a lot.
Well it is a good song.
But people think they can preform it.
And most of them cannot.

I dunno, maybe they think it's a more simple song to play? It's mostly just the piano and drum which can easily be turned acoustic, plus it's short. I dunno...

Yeah but there's an emotional aspect that is brought to the table when sung by certain individuals. And just because the song seems short and simple doesn't mean that it can be reproduced so generically. Yeah.

Oh, I don't think it's an easy simple song, I'm just trying to think of why people would cover it so often. I just think it'd be easier to pull off (well, to TRY and pull of anyway) than say, Mama.
