Piercings are not unusual to be seen, earrings are especially popular, seen as many are also headphones for listening to music.
A typical walker down the street would see many light-up signs, with the sounds of factories being heard all the time. Shops line the streets as well, showing the latest in fashion or some other design. Inventions can be seen as new releases, at least till the next big thing comes up.
