I'm searching for ID cards. ID cards for signatures are an incentive for others to do jobs for the guild. Do you have any idea who makes them? We can use the guild funds to purchase them in the future. I will donate some money to help provide this.

Hmm...I've been concerned about the current mission that the members are undertaking. Most of them sound like young kids. We need to recruit older members who will take interest in this guild. They can be future crew members as well helping us maintain this place. If it's possible, talk to your friends, if you meet interesting people in towns tell them our situation. Maybe they are willing to come in here with us. Don't forget to mention about the progresses we are making like the ID cards. They get them free if they join and do work.
Also...I have an idea about making a Chounin exam...It may not be a great idea, but I want to use the giant paragraph that is outside our homepage. You can test members to see if they actually read it, and in return reward them with something. So far ID cards have proven to be an incentive for the members to do things. We need more ideas.

It may be a little hard to find older Gaians.
At least ones that like or ar into Anime/Naruto...
When you're younger it's easy to find the "anime freaks."
But when you get older you kind of tend to hide it...
But not me!
But anyways, like I said most of the user on Gaia seems to be in the age gap of 12-16.
I have found a few 17 and 18 year olds, but only luck was it that I found 19 and a 20 year old.
I do have a friend that I will invite to this guild.
I think she will like it here and would be interested in helping.
Other than that I will do my best to find older Gaians in Towns and see if they would care to join and help out in our cause. -^^-v

^.^ Forgive me, I hadn't any idea that Hokage was young. *bows* Good point Hokage, I agree. I guess I meant we should eventually invest in looking for others, or 1 more person to join our leadership. Btw, I will miss you guys. So far, joining this guild was the best thing thats happened to me and being accepted by you. I have to be gone for a short while but I'll be back.
