So, this was the mortal realm.
A blade-like tail flcked back and forth, slicing the grass behin the large lion. He had been here before, though it had really been a while. And, needless to say, it looked different than it had been since the last time.
Green eyes glowed lightly, scanning the dark savvanah as the cold night breeze blew by. The tribal markings that covered his forelegs glowed lightly, the bone-like wings at his side emiting the same ominous light.
Iah'Gahiji stalked the grass slowly, claws dragging in the dirt as he walked. Well, no he was here, what was he to do next...?

Tavari swayed into her feet and stretched, sighing grumpily. It was time for her to return to the mortal realm, time for her to visit a few of her friends... To check up on a few things... Concentrating on her pendant for a moment, she smiled when the silvery portal between the realms opened. With one last look back to her father's lands, she sighed whistfully, and stepped through the portal.
Grass was soft and springy beneath her paws. A sweet breeze picked up and tugged at her mane, sighed over her flakes and over her feathers. The sun was shining softly, puffy clouds floating lazily across the sky... In short it was a beautiful, tranquil day.
She could have sighed in dissappointment. Why wasn't it pouring? Why wasn't the thunder rumbling and the lightning flashing and rain falling.... That was her favorite weather! And yet she missed it.
Considering the landscape about her, she tilted her hear in curiosity at the sight of a strange male.. A very strange male.. With odd glowing markings and blade-like tail... Who was he?

Iah's gaze shifted to the corner of his eye and his fangs bared a bit. He sensed to portal to what seemed to be another plain, another realm. He sensed the lioness that stepped through; anything but mortal.
Slowly, he turned, green eyes flickering. The dagger and wing that hung from his chain-like earrings clinked together with the light breeze as he eyed the lioness. There was a familiar sense that hung about her.
Stepping closer casually, his tail flicking behind him and claws scraping the ground, he arched a brow an called out.
"Why hello there." He said, his voice looming with a dark, cold tone.

Tavari tilted her head, listening to the earrings cling together... Who was this stranger... He was odd, different than the mortal lions she was used to seeing.. True he seemed to have more in common with her mother and her mother's friends than the normal beasts.... What a strange male.. But he seemed friendly enough.
Flicking an ear, she sent the faintest orders to her pendant and closed the portal, thinking in the back of her mind that if he did betray her, he at least would never find the way to her father's lands.. Of course, if he did betray her, he'd have a nasty surprise on his paws, wouldn't he?
The thought made her smile. "Greetings stranger in a strange land... Forgive me for saying, but you do not have the look of one who spends much of his time treading the mortal coil..."
Not that she was one to talk.. But when your mother was the DarkAngel, and had pledged herself to the Lord of Life and Death, well... Both she and her sister were anything but 'mortals'.. That was for sure.

"I suppose-" Iah blinked, looking the lioness over. She seemed... different. Not of mortal blood. That was.. obvious. "I suppose I could say that same of you." He flicked his tail to the side, the end swiping through the grass. The symbols on the tip glowed, each representing a sin that made up his being. Pain, Power, Betrayal...
"My name is Iah'Gahiji, The spirit and embodiment of False Prophets. Bearer of the Throne of Sin."
He blinked, sitting back. The wind blew softly, curling his green and black mane around his face. "And who might you be, lioness?"

A king in his own right then, well, after a fashion... She dipped her chin in the faintest of bows. False Prophet, hmmm? And he wanted to know who she was? Wow.. Someone who hadn't heard of her father's conquest... Or of his new Kingdom.. And family.
"I am Tavari, daughter of Jivan Yama and his Dark Queen Tierany, also known as the Dark Angel... I am Death's Divine Seer, a Prophet in my own right... I walk the lands as I See them, I walk my father's lands with my family... I am of both realms and neither..."
