On saturday I am grading for my red belt. I would like to know what kind of stuff I should eat/drink before it. I already know to drink lots of water before the grading and to drink 6oz for every 30 mins of time working.

i would say , tho im not expert, eat some good food the night before, and then exnay on it before the test, but dont go in with your stomache empty!. and i know of this uber crazy strong energy drink that you can get, but its so trong your only sposed to take a couple a sips lol.. i lost the link but ill go looking for it again if u like.
They might not help for your test cause u will most liekly need to order them unless u have the store nearbye.
and i mean yeh, just drink a lot of water, keep your self warmed up but dont over excersice before your test
GOOd luck Dude

I'd say just eat whatever you're comfortable with. Eating the best food in the world won't add another +10 to your skills... xp

JoshuaKenzo Which would bring me to my next subject; Any good dieting tips? Weightloss, weightgain, energygain etc? Anyone know anything about nutrition? iknow a bit about nutrition seeing as i am a cook and have been on a number of diets. For weight gain lots of carbs mostly empty ones like shugar rice white bread, salt also helps oh and high sugar fruits/vegies like bananas apples avacados white onions potatoes and sleep. For energy gain exersize in the morning like once you wake up and stick to complex carbs like whole grains cause they stick with you longer. For weight loss more protens less carbs and a mid level of fat (cause the more fat you ingest the more your body will get rid of this doesent mean eat lard and bacon sammiches but use about a tablespoon of butter on your bread and eat the fat on your meat )plus lots a of water (i drink about a gallon a day) and most importantly (and the thing i have the biggest problem with)portion control a meal should be no more food than you can hold in the space of both your hand when you cup them also eat about 5 small meals a day to keep your metablism up
