what other genres of music do the most of you listen to other than punk?I'll start off here. Personally i like to listen to 50's rock'n roll in it's roots......Doowop and Classic R&B every chance i can get, but when i'm in for something more modern... i usually listen to indie rock groups for some satifying tunes. hmmm and well theres also coldplay which i'm a total dork for for some strange reason.

its funny because my step dad is the reason i listen to punk rock...hes had me listening to it since i was two years old. he liked the beastie boys too so i listened to them at a young age...he always had a weird taste in music like me cool

as a kid iv'e always been exposed to good music....iv'e listened to it all...from oldschool hip hop to the nintie's electronica dance music.....to rock'nroll...hell i was even into alot of metal. hmmm i also forgot to mention the alternative bands at that time as well.....alternative was really big on me and my father midst the mid ninties. it was up till my highschool years kicked in till i snaped out of this post late ninties emo poser s**t to become well.....a renegade, because i started geting into a whole lot more oldschool punk bands, because i really didn't like the music that was coming around, like blink 182 and all their musical clones, but i still had a rate good sence in music despite my semi emo phase xd i was actually more of a beat nick really...or some jazzy goth kid...it suprises me still to this day how i survived the harsh summers here in AZ with long hair *which was black* and wearing just about all...you guessed it.... black rofl

lol ive been a punk all my life. i dont know anything else. ive had a mohawk since i was 8 years old...i never dyed it tho. my mom wouldnt let my step dad and i go that far.

I love punk rock and so did my mum (gawd rest her soul).
