You get them from Rebena Te Ra during the third cycle(the third time the tree there gives myrrh and when the enemies are the hardest) from enemies in the first part of the dungeon, the area surrounding the pyramid.

Yeah, if you want, you can just run in and go to the maze thingy to the left and kill bats over there until one of them gives you one. If they don't, just leave and come back. Also, in case you didn't know, a good way to tell if a chest is a mimic or not is to cast a spell on one chest everytime you see two right next to each other. If its a mimic, it will flash since mimics are immune to all magic. If it does nothing, then its a real chest. That way you can charge up a focus attack to get a good head start on killing the mimic, since the spell cast to tell it apart won't wake it up. 3nodding
