I'll say Keitaro's because there's a little more meaning behind it. Of course I mean that in that it's base off Urashima Taro from which Keitaro gets his name.

I thought Keitaro's dream was better... because it shows some foreshadowing of future events.
Example: The box the 'princess' gives him is the same box he got Tama-chan in. ^^

Ah, I'd have to say Motoko's dream is the more hilarious of the two. But, I still like Keitaro's dream more. I enjoyed being able to rewatch the dream in the anime and actually understand why the random stuff was happening. xd
