How am i suppoesed to get the pokemon from silver onto diamond? i cant link it, and i cant get them over GTS cause i havt seen them. PLZ HEKP ME

BTW i just put lugia on my card for show, i dont really have him, i want him from my silver though, how do i do it?

You can only transfer Pokemon from GBA games, so you can't transfer from Gold, Silver, Crystal, Red, Blue or Yellow.
Most of the Johto Pokemon can be caught either in RedFire, GreenLead and Emerald or in Colosseum and DX, also a lot of them can be found in Diamond and Pearl after getting the Pokeradar.
