There is a story i saw on bbc news that criminals are dying in japan at a high rate lately. I'm sorry I dont have that link to the story(anyone has it please give it to me). Some people in japan are now getting scared of dying for small crimes. This is an actual thing hapening.

That's a fake.
If you had the URL, you'd see that there was an IP in front of it which is basically a dead giveaway that it's not real.

It-d be scary if it really happened sometimes...
Besides, a story as big as that one would not be only in the BBC website, it-d be on the news all over the world
