The drummer always ends up being on the backburner. D: Name one band where the drummer gets as much attention as the singer, I dare you.
I always thought Russ got lost behind the other flamboyant personalities in the band. So I upped the morbid taxidermy stuff for Phase 2 so he'd be more in-your-face.

Shotgun Sees The Sunshine I agree, Russ needs more attention. At least he got on the cover of a drummer magazine. He's not completely ignored. yep thats true! and thats a DAMN GOOD pic there!!!! if i find it ill put it up.

LOL JAMIE HEWLETT is right. All the attentions usually go to the singers. The drummers and bassist and whoever else in the band never get the same respect. Well, the bassist in this case gets A LOT of attention because he is Murdoc Niccals. Need I say more? smile

I think Russel doesn't get that much attention because in a weird way, he's the most normal and reasonable of the bunch. Noodle's very close, but he was before her (mentally) when she first came. And usually the things we all laugh at are done by Murdoc or 2D. Comic relief usually gets most attention, then prettiest. (Though between 2D and Murdoc, fangirls will fight to the death over who it is) xd
