Deer's Cry sung by Lisa Kelly

I arise today
Through the strength of Heaven
Light of sun
Radiance of moon
Splendor of fire
Speed of lighting
Swiftness of wind
Depth of the sea
Stability of earth
Firmness of rock
I arise today though God's strength to pilot me
God's eye to look before me
God's wisdom to guide me
God's way to lie before me
God's shield to protect me
From all who shall wish me ill, afar and near
Alone and in the multitude
Against every curel, merciless power
That may oppose my body and soul
Christ with me
Christ before me
Christ behind me
Christ in me
Christ beneath me
Christ above me
Christ on my right
Christ on my left
Christ when I lie down
Christ when I sit down
Christ when I rise
Christ to sheild me
Christ in the heart of everyone who thinks of me
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me
I arise today

>.< Too many!!!!! I'll just go through my playlist of my favorite songs. That'll have to wait 'til later though. I don't have it on me. One that comes to mind though is From Yesterday by 30 Seconds to Mars and also The Fantasy by the same.

I don't know if it's exactly inspirational, but my happy song is "Bring it All Back" by S Club 7. It makes me smile every time I hear it, no matter what.

And I recently narrowed down 5 CDs of EFY music into one mix CD that I play almost constantly in my car, so if you want to discuss EFY music, I'd be most happy to oblige.

Alright. I'll tell you what. I'll shuffle my playlist of 855 songs. I'll play the first 10 songs it comes up with and pick a few out that I think you'd appreciate.

1- Enjoy The Silence - Depeche Mode
2- Soldier Side - System of a Down
3- A Quiet Mind - Blue October
4- Everyday Is Exactly The Same - Nine Inch Nails
5- Don't Take Your Love Away From Me - VAST
6- Save Tonight - Eagle Eye Cherry

And that's just a few.

Spalse Senye
It is the Russian Creation Hymn, and the words translated are beautiful
We sung it my All State Choir and it was one of the most spiritual experiences I have ever had. The words translate
"Salvation is created in the midst of the Earth, O Lord, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia"

Good song! Um... I'm drawing a blank at the moment. There's a lot of songs that I can relate to or find cool meaning to. I like Ordinary by Train. Or, um.. why can't I think of anything? confused I'll reply later when I have my brain with me.

My current favorite song outside of religious has got to be "The Garden of Everything" by Maaya Sakamoto (Who actually only sings back up, Steve Conte is the lead singer int his one). the Lyrical are so Wonderful! so symbolic.

In fact, I will have to sing them.

---------------
Here you are
Daylight's star
Made out of miracles

Perfection
Of your own
You alone
O so incredible

Each atom
Sings to me
"Set me free
From chains of the physical."

O free me, O free me

The mirror melts,
I'm somewhere else
Inside eternity

Where you on
Outstretched wings
Sing within
The Garden of Everything

Where memories
Call to me
Backward dreams?
Or phantom reality?

Call to me, they call to me

And so here we are
Lovers of Lost Dimensions
Burning supernovas of all sound and sight
Every touch, a temptation
And for every sense, a sensation

Eyes of pure
Deep azure
Quite unbelievable

The sun's daughter
You've been made
Not to fade
Quite inconceivable

Each atom sings to me
"Set me free
From chains of the physical."

O free me, O free me

A love like ours
A starry flower
Through seasons and centuries

As rivers reach the sea
You'll reach me
With songs of your symmetry

A small boat
There will float
To far off coasts
The Isle of Infinity

Come with me, O come with me

Here we'll see
Love's lost tree
Made out of miracles

Emotions, crystal leaves
To cover me
And you in eternity

Each atom sings to us
"Through the blood
Love is a miracle"

Sings softly, it sings softly

And so here we are
Lovers of Lost Dimensions
Burning supernovas of all sound and sight
Every touch, a temptation
And for every sense, a sensation

And so here we are
Twin stars of brilliant brightness
Lanterns lit by life for all the depths of night
And every day will return us
To arms of the ever eternal

And so here we are
So far from earthy orbits
Burning supernovas of all sound and sight
Where every day will return us
To arms of the ever eternal
