Kekkei Genkai - Byakugan

The Byakugan is available only in the Hidden Village of the Leaf. It is a Dojutsu or special pupil condition that naturally occurs in members of the Hyuga clan. Byakugan users are characterized by their lavender, pupil-less eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, their pupils appear and the veins near their temples bulge.
A person with the Byakugan has a nearly 360 degree field of vision except for a small blind spot behind the first thoracic vertebra (near the back of the neck), which is its only known weakness. Byakugan users can detect anything around them within a 50-meter radius; though there are gifted ones that can increase the radius up to 800 meters, making them close-range combat experts. The Byakugan also gives the user the ability to see through basically any matter over extremely long distances. This seems to be a combination of x-ray and thermographic vision, thus objects can be difficult to see if their temperature is the same as the objects around them. A small degree of telescopic vision is also present, as a Byakugan user can focus on a single object at any point within their range of vision. The degree of focus seems to be dependent on the skill of the user. The Byakugan's sight cannot be blocked (except in the case of something like Ranmaru's kekkei genkai ability), unlike the Sharingan, which can be blocked by any sufficiently non-transparent substance. It is however, possible to impede it slightly through the use of certain powerful seals. The Byakugan's insight capacity makes it useful for searching, tracking, and identifying targets.
One of the most powerful aspects of the Byakugan is the ability to see the inner chakra coil system, which is the key aspect of using the Gentle Fist style to attack said system. If sufficiently developed, the Byakugan is able to see individual chakra points, potentially allowing the user to shut off the opponent's chakra flow completely, such that the opponent cannot perform techniques that require chakra. However, the user can increase chakra flow as well. Seasoned Byakugan users are even capable of killing with a single blow.

The Hyuga clan is considered to be one of the oldest and most powerful noble clans in the Hidden Village of the Leaf. All Hyuga clan members are born with the Byakugan, the inherited kekkei genkai of the clan. The clan revolves around the Byakugan and is separated into two parts, Soke (Soo - Keh) - the main house, and Bunke (Boon - Keh) - the branch house. The main house runs the family while the branch house protects it. The members of the branch house are branded with a cursed seal. This seal gives the main house members absolute control over the branch members, because they can destroy the branch members' brains with a simple hand gesture. This seal also makes sure the secret of the Hyuga's Byakugan is safe, because it seals the Byakugan after the wearer of the seal dies. There seems to be a great deal of bitterness between members of the main and branch houses, most likely due to the fact that no matter how powerful branch members become, they exist solely to protect the Hyuga secrets.

Gentle Fist

The Gentle Fist style of combat aims to damage the body's chakra circulatory system, thus inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra circulatory system, causing the targeted area to rupture or divert flow. Alternatively, or as an added bonus, the same method can be used to damage the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra circulatory system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name. Because the chakra circulatory system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. As there is no way to train the internal organs against injury, this technique is capable of causing damage no matter how physically powerful the opponent is.
Stance: Both hands are open, palms pointing to the target. Both arms are raised to shoulder level to prepare the user to strike. Off-hand is raised forward following the direction of the opponent and is used as initial defense. Main hand is pulled back, ready to strike. Legs are opened and relaxed. The leg adjacent to the off-hand is positioned forward while the other is positioned back. This position compliments the movement of the techniques and motion of the attacks.

Description: This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from the user's chakra points when struck. The released chakra blocks any possible attack. The user then spins themselves rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any would-be attackers.
Hakkesho Dai Kaiten (Eight Trigrams Palms Great Heavenly Spin)
Rank: Chuunin minimum
Damage/effect: ( decrease all Damage done to user by 40 also Any physical contact made with this tech inflick 30 Damage to opponent.)

Description: This jutsu is simply a larger and more powerful version of the Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin.
Shugohakke Rokujuyon Sho (Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms)
Requirements: Hakkesho Kaiten, Hakke Rokujuyon Sho
Rank: Chuunin minimum
Damage/effect sad decrease all damage done to user by 50 and inflict 40 damage if contact is made also decrease foe's Chakra by 40)

Description: This jutsu is a combination of the Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin and the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. In this jutsu, the user emits a constant stream of chakra from her palms, creating extremely sharp chakra blades. With his natural flexibility, the user can reach any point around him, allowing him to hit any target within her field of vision. While using this jutsu, the user moves extremely fast (her movements become a blur), allowing him to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much like the original Sixty-Four Palms jutsu. Additionally, the user can control the size of the chakra beams in his palms, allowing him to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across his entire attack range. This creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. In this way, the technique can be used as both an offensive and defensive maneuver.

Hakke Rokujuyon Sho (Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms)

Damage/effect: deal 30 damage to opponet and decrease there chakra by 10.

Description: This jutsu closes off sixty-four specific chakra points on an opponent's body with the gentle fist, effectively eliminating their ability to use chakra for quite some time and making it quite difficult for them to move. It begins with the closing of two chakra points, followed by four more, then eight, then sixteen, then thirty-two, and then sixty-four strikes. Each set of strikes is done at an increasing pace.
Hyaku Retsu Sho (One Hundred Violent Palms)
Requirements: Hakke Rokujuyon Sho
Rank: Chuunin minimum
Damage/effect: 40 Damage and decrease opponent's chakra by 30

Description: This jutsu is the weaker counterpart of Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho, in which the user only does 100 strikes instead of 128.
Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho (Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms)
Requirements: Hakke Rokujuyon Sho
Rank: Chuunin minimum
Damage/effect:60 and decrease your opponent's Chakra by 30

Description: This jutsu is essentially a doubled version of Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. Like the former, it closes off the opponent's chakra points. Unlike the former, it closes off twice as many (12 cool at twice the speed. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly.
Hakuro Tenbu (White Haze Dance)
Requirements: Hakke Rokujuyon Sho, Hakkesho Kaiten
minuim requirerment's: jonin.
Damage/effect: 60 and decrease your opponent's Chakra by 50

Description: This jutsu causes a shining blue light to consume the user's hands. He then attacks the enemy with several powered-up Gentle Fist attacks and finishes off by using the light to blow the enemy away.
Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujuichi Shiki (Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred Sixty-One Style)
Requirements: Hakke Rokujuyon Sho
Rank: Jounin minimum
Description: This jutsu is considered the most powerful technique within the Hyuga clan, and is generally used as a last resort. When using this technique, the speed of the user is comparable to that of the Reverse Lotus. This jutsu allows the user to strike all 361 chakra points of the opponent, paralyzing them with each blow and instantly killing them upon the final hit.
Hakke Shō Ranbu (Palm Dance of Divination)
Requirements: Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho
Rank: Jounin minimum
Description: The user traps the enemy in the zone of eight trigrams and delivers a series of palm attacks from Hakke Rokujuyon Sho to Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho. More skillful users may reach up to Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujuichi Shiki. This attack is too fast for the opponent to react to when it connects
