Nicole was off somewhere else, after dipping her hooves into the stream and they once agian glistened with gold perfection she continued on. Her purple curls bouncing lushiously behind her as she trotted along. Swirls, gleamed in the sun all down her legs and one beneath her eye. Her light magenta eye's gazed the surrounding looking for someone to be social with.
She trotted along in look for someone to speak with. Giggle with, and maybe even become friends with. Fighting was at the bottom of her "to-do'' list. She stopped in a small patch of purple flowers and blinked down at them. Feathers, like the one her love gave her, were better than flowers, flowers didn't suit her at all. It was better off that way flowers wilt. She trotted onward and stopped in the shade near the river, her swirls glowed even in te shade because they expressed her moods and her happiness. She had yet to find another soquili with swirls besides her sister.
She sighed at the thought of her sister, her sister had had children with some random stallion and Nicole was now in charge of one of those little fillies. She began to humm, a joyfull tune, her white coat perfect, everything right now was right. So her hum was perfectly toned. Maybe another would come and she would be able to speak. Even though she enjoyed her alone time. She had been alone quiet a while now and frankly it was now very boring.

Tiffany moved alone the edge of the river, watching herself. It had been a while since she had run into another mare. They were always the worst to run in with, because they tended to get much more offended when she offered them simple advice. But really, it wasn't HER problem, she was just trying to help, trying to bring more beauty into the world. Maybe if the little brats listened to her, they would.
She looked up, seeing something in the distance. White? Purple? Gold? Helllo! Clash CITY! But at least the mare seemed sanitary, that was a plus. She hated running in with those dirty things that hadn't bathed since days before. Didn't anyone around here know about common HYGINE?
"Hello sweety!" she said, putting on an overly suger-coated voice. "Going out for a stroll today, hmm? I see you are clean, that is wonderful. Although In the future I would go for a different haircut to reduce how much your...you know. Look clashes." she said pleasantly, looking the mare top to bottom, more closley. She had a necklace like many soquili she had met did. And swirls? What was this? SO last season!

A voice seemed to over run her own and she looked around untill she spotted another mare. Clean quiet put together. Her eye's just followed the mare untill she was right near her. She tilted her head wit some curiousity of the meeting and then beauty tips. "You think so?" She questioned looking back at her own hair. "It seems to just grow like this. Nothing I can much do." She nodded her head. "But, You! Your mane matches very well with your white body color." she replied in her musical tone she had.
Her eye's drifted down the her leg marking. Piculiar. Nothing like swirls at all. And no gold. Hmm, I guess you have to be born rich with gold swirls and hooves. She was kinda bland besides for the flower, but Nicole didn't much like flowers. However Nicole enjoyed her look 'clash' for it made her stick out more. And Nicole loved being the center of attention.
"I mearly enjoy the looks of my 'clash' For it brings out the color in my eye's and the swirls upon my legs." She replied smiling warmly. She enjoyed this mare Beauty tips were always helpfull....sometimes. Now her swirls swelled brightly and she stood their proudly.

Tiffany smiled. What a nice mare, and seemingly completely sane. See, for Tiffany, she often found that when she tried to spread her delightful personality and be wonderful in giving people advice, they often got rather angry for no particular reason. Hmm.
"Well, whatever. If you choose to look like...that, then I suppose it's your decision" she said with a sigh. It seemed as if even though the mare was sane, she clearly had no desire to look beautiful. Well, certainly Tiffany couldn't help that.
"Anyway, you look a bit run down. Do you have some annoying foal bothering you or something?" asked Tiffany, having noticed that often soquili looked quite tired when they had foals around. Quite a waste of time and energy, raising some little brats. "If so, I suggest you dump them, it isn't worth it" she said knowingly, even though the mare had never had foals.
She hadn't even given it much thought, in fact. She saw it as a straight forward thing: first the little beasts made you fat, then tired, then left. What was the point, after all? Why did mares spend so much time on them, so much effort. Why would ANYONE want them? It seemed so stupid to her!

The mare's tone when she said 'that' came off a bit offencive but, Nicole didn't much care. "I had my share of stallions 'Oohs' and 'Ahhs'" She tilted her head to the side curiously. "Run down? Absolutely not." She replied. "No foals eaither." Nicole was just calm and serene, thats the only reason this mare wasn't in a fight with her. If it was Autumn, Oh we would have trouble.
Her Swirls calmed their shining and in the shade they stood in it looked as though someone had turned out a light. But, there was no way to turn the swirls back on she just stood there as they shinned.
"If I may inqire..." she began. "What are on your legs, they are most beautiful with your colors but, I'm not quiet sure I know the name of them." She replied sweetly. Nicole was good at compliments. And she took pride in herself. Plus all she was looking for was a friend. Not a quarrel.

Tiffany smiled "Well, I guess that is just how you look then. Too bad, really" she said, laughing "and must everyone bring up stallion worship? believe me, I have had TONS of stallions serve me and serenade me, but I don't go telling people that to make myself feel better" she said, rolling her eyes "Are you very insecure?"
Tiffany glared down at the swirls. How ugly, all spotty and out of place. Certainly this mare knew that they were doing nothing for her, yet she wore them with such pride. What was her problem, anyways? Goodness!
"They are leggings of the finest lace ever to be introduced into the soquili world, hand woven and stitched by some poor two legger. I was given them when I was a foal, obviously they recognized my superiority and decided to celebrate it" she said, having never taken them off.

This mare was slightly testing her nerves. Yet, she only tilted her head and laughed. "Well, we musn't always be so fast to judge others. Just because Nicole was easy didn't mean you could walk all over her with YOUR pride. "And that is exactly why you haven't settled down." She replied calmy. "You get the stallions who love flare an the individualism of your looks." She became queit dwelling within' her own presence for a moment of individual thought. "But, have you ever gotten one that likes you for the insides?" She DOUBTED any of that reasoning and continued on forgetting about the subject. "Just for not, I'm very secure with myself. But, are you?" She commented and strayed off to the river. Dipping her golden hooves into the water agian.
This mare was wearing LACE? In the soquili lands. Ordinary...something she thought was markings and only to be fake. She wasn't born with those on her legs. She got them from some poor indian. Something was wrong with this mare, but she continued with her business as if there were no problems.
"Really?" She questioned sonding more intrigued by her story. "Never heard of such greatness. Must dwell well within the valley...Eh?" She questioned after she was done washing her hooves. "So they were placed upon you at birth to show your Superiority. How wonderfull!" She exclaimed actually happily. For she knew some 'lessers' had to have fine silks given to them. After all she wasn't born with gold on her hooves or her swirls. And she knew the mare knew she couldn't ever be as'rich' as she.

Tiffany smiled "Oh, I don't need to take my time judging. I call them as I see them, and I don't see much." she said. Perhaps more annoying then the mare freaking out would be the mare trying to REASON with her!
"Please, just stop it with the stallions. I could get one if I wanted, I really could. But I choose not too. I find it pathetic that you keep bringing them up, and thinking the inside counts AT ALL. And for the record, I have friends that like me for my insides AND outside. How about that" she said, quite tired of every single mare she met brining up the subject of stallions.
"Yes, isn't it? And I bet the day I was born there was a huge celebration, where everyone cheered and dances, and such. Something must have happened that made my parents not raise me. Probably died or something. Whatever" said Tiffany, completely oblivious to the fact that it might be a touchy subject.

She titled her head back to normal and shrugged. "I'm not one to be chatting with all the stallion talk. If you wish for it to stop, just ask." She reasoned nicely. Nothing bothered her and she never got mad.
"In which I never heard of the grand celebration. Must not have been close top here." She replied thoughtfully. "When I was born I was raised and then found this place with my sister Paris." She stated kindly.
Hardly seeing what this mare found in herself was just beyond her,she simply looked to the mare. "I dont think we have formally met." She turned around to say. "I'm Nicole twin to my sister Paris, Hilton that would be!" She stated proudly. Having her family being rich and all. Just look at the gold. Nicole wasn't to state that outloud though.

Tiffany glared at her "I said stop a while ago. It is just way annoying. You must really have nothing better to talk about, don't you?" she hissed. "so. Just do so" she finished. Could this mare just not take a hint at all?!?
"Well, you must be stupid. It must have been HUGE. Maybe you just weren't invited, because. Well. You know." she said, looking the mare from hoof the ear. "To bad, really. I bet it was totally Fabu" she added, laughing. "and that is awesome that you grew up and everything. But I don't care much" she said simply. There wasn't nearly as much rudeness in her voice as there was in her words.
"I'm Tiffany. Luck of you to have met me!" she said, flicking her tail proudly.

"Please forgive me. I must not have heard." she replied flatterly. This mare was beceoming tense and it seemed the only way to calm her down was to figure she was fabulous...okay whatever.
"Wouldn't be calling me stupid please." She reasoned. "And...your not exactly sure?" the whole 'it must have' wasn't selling to Nicole. "Faboulous I grew up eh?" She quickly changed the subject before she blurted out something like 'your turn'. This mare would pay if she ever ran into her sister Paris. Lucky for her. She was the nice one, just wait till daddy finds out she wasn't praised for being a Hilton. That would be the day.
"Lucky me..." She almost spat out sarcastically but was able to keep a cheiry tone.

Tiffany smiled "Yes, sorry that you never got the invite, I might have invited you if I was, you know. Old enough to remember it." she said, with a giggle "maybe next time. Although there can only be one infinitely perfect soquili, so I guess there won't be one. To bad"
She nodded "Fine, fine. I know that offends some that are a bit self conscious about that certain aspect of themselves. Sorry for bringing it up!" said Tiffany, always able to add insult into an apology. "Yea, I mean. It must have been all...." she tried to think of the proper adjective in this situation "satisfactory" there, not exaggerating, but certainly giving her SOME pride in the issue.

She was quiet pleased with the mares effort to be nice.
Somehow she didn't quiet understand this mare. "Thank you for your apology." She replied with a smile giving the mare a somewhat approval look. She was quiet surprised when the mare toned it down to 'satisfactory' She took it from being 'the best ever' to 'satisfactory' she was quiet impressed so she decided to give a complement. "I bet it was fabulous." She replied with another warm smile to the mare.

Tiffany tilted her head at the mare, getting rather bored. Her childhood was all a blur to Tiffany, her parents weren't around, and she realized she was truly amazing. And that was about it.
She looked up, then down. How boring. Then she remembered something, something she had intended on asking someone, but had never gotten too. This mare seemed rather sane, maybe she could help Tiffany.
"What is so great about foals?" she said, seemingly out of the blue, but not really. In a previous encounter, she was told that having children was wonderful, and good. More then once, in fact. But she didn't get it. Why? "I just don't get it"

Uh-oh. Health lesson 101 hear we come.
Nicole tilted her head and smiled. "Everyone cam from a basket without someone thinking foals were fabulous you wouldn't be hear would you?" She questioned beginning her Hypothesis.
"I guess it would get a better understanding once you fall in love, and have children with your soul mate." She became quiet. What an ODD subject.
"They are someone to love and watch grow up." She wasn't making a lot of sence...now was she. "I guess you have to be ther motherly type." She replied with one more smile. Before she flicked her tail. "Anything else?" She questioned wondering if there was more questions.
