Rules:
1…You must know and abide by all rules and guidelines that are established within the shop and the guild.
2… You will be responsible for every stage following any calves and fawns you color. This includes starting and maintaining a growth thread of your own within the guild where you will manage which deer grow during which month. Remember- we allow lineart edits to our growths.
3… You will not be allowed to constantly color herla and lera for yourself and friends.
4… You may accept pet/art trades but they must be approved first by Thalion.
5… You may not color any deer for gains on our black list.
6… If for any reason you must discontinue your work as a colorist for us, you will be required to complete and send Thalion all stages of growings that are your responsibility. If you fail to comply with this it will lead to blacklisting and a note to the gaia breedable mods.
7… You will be given staff privileges within the guild and within the shop. You will help manage the store as best you can, answer questions, and manage plots.
8… You will be allowed to open breeding and custom slots. Hosting events must be cleared with Thalion and will be your responsibility to manage.
9… If you do not wish to cert the deer you color/grow you’ll be required to pay the cert manager 100g per stage they cert for you.

How to Apply:

2: You’re required to give at least two examples of your coloring and two of your lineart editing ability. DO NOT SHADE the colored examples. I’ll be laying the shading template over the color to see how well your coloring fits with it. Do, however, shade any lineart additions that are made outside of the basic template.
You’re required to color at least one hind and one stag for each example. You may do more, but we’ll be requiring four total samples of your artwork on our lineart.
