Tomorrow, I will be heading back to my hometown for a few hours and hitting what is probably the biggest book store in the State (yay books!!), and they have a GARGANTUAN section on Astrology (I'm hoping to also grab an emepheris and atlas to do my own chart studies. :3)
My question is, does anyone have any recommends on what I could grab? Currently, I'm working on planetary aspects (I can't find much on minors), but if there is anything you find helpful or fun or whatever else, please list them! Maybe this topic will become a neat resource list of written works. 3nodding

Sure, I recommend The Only Astrology Book You’ll Ever Need.
It’s great for reference (A lot of charts) and information. Also I recommend you read up on as many different astrological cultures. Chinese, Western, Native etc. I’m jealous, books books books! Good luck, I hope you find what you are looking for!

If you're studying aspects, then James Braha is you man. He does both Western and Vedic astrology, which I think makes him even better because he brings a fresh perspective. How to Be a Great Astrologer is a book all about natal aspects. It is thorough and really accurate. How to Predict Your Future deal with outer planet transits and the aspects they make to the natal chart. Awesome and inspiring.
