.:://Rules and Regulations of the [Get in character] Forum

Plain and simple: This is where all In Character role plays will be featured.

Also adhere to these general rules. These should go without saying but from tragic experience I know some people have to be told things more than once.

Regarding Gaia TOS:
- Follow it. Even though guilds are not regulated like regular forums it is still a rule and I plan to uphold these rules.

Regarding Respect:
- Under no circumstances are people to attack the role player through their character. Any indiscretions should be taken up with me

Regarding Adult Material:
- Tasteful swearing, violence and sexual situations are allowed. There is no need to censor yourself with ----'s or ****'s; if people don't like it they can turn on the filter in their settings.
- Any intimate touching should be kept to a grope at most and anything beyond that is prohibited in the forum.
- Violence is fine as long as you don't get graphic enough to A) give someone nightmares or B) suggest you are a serial killer in the making.

Regarding Doubles:
- If we have a situation where there are two or more RPs of the same series please feel free to make them still but do not become hostile towards the other RP author- we all have different ways to interpret how we play out a series. Also, no bribery because that is petty and dishonest. So petty, in fact, I have no idea why I'm typing this up here.

Regarding Dead, Turnover and Under Construction threads:
- Dead threads are considered so after one month+ of no new posts and have not been labeled "on-hold" by the role play author. Threads that are deemed dead will be removed from the main forum and placed in storage in case somehow, someone wants to resurrect it. In this case, please tell me.
- Turnover threads as defined as role plays that have been started by someone but for some reason or another they are unable to continue moderating it and turns it over to someone else in the role play. (Generally it's much easier to just make a new one and link to the old but do as you wish)
- Under Construction threads must be put in the [This is a test] subforum. PM me to have it moved to the main thread (this does not apply to one on ones).

Regarding One on Ones:
-One on ones will be held in the [Ebony and ivory] subforum.

I reserve the right to add, subtract and alter any of these rules as I see fit.
I'm a power hungry egotist and I know is so bear with me. <3
