Seite did the quest!
Everyone was complaining about the lines and such, so Square Enix altered the final BCNM fight to allow three party members in at once.

What do I need to flag this quest? I'm currently | Level: 38 Rank: 3 Fame Level: 5|. I still cannot get this quest. I have heard you need to be rank 4, is this true?

there might be a level req.
like, 50 or something?
or you might not just have the fame needed.

well the bcnm is 40 so i doubt its 50, you probably just need alot of sneak oils or something *shrug*
