 I needed something to do to distract me, and Haunting Grounds wasn't what I needed right now. So, enjoy.
(After Hawkeye, Baroness, and Kitsune, I had no idea what to make the other people say, as I don't know them all as well as I hope too! I tried not to make it offending.)

How cute!
One thing I would suggest for continuity would be to flip you and I so that it reads a bit better. That's the only flaw I can see since it shows an "argument." Since your avi says the first thing, you might want to put yourself on the left since people read from left to right. Hate to be a stickler, but that's what makes me an editor!

No, not at all. One of the things I'm trying to get over is my thin-skinnedness so I can take critism better, and I really appreciate it. It's the only way I can get better.
That, and me actually being able to read and understand tutorials.

I'm always glad to help. Like I said, I have an editors brain! I would hope you know by now that I'm not one to flame people's work. If I see something out of place, I do say so, but then I always try to work with the person to help improve it. I will say this too, the fact that you sat down and made such an origional piece like this is really something special! It's super cute and I love the color! I'll admit, I'm a sucker for green.
By the way, how did you make these? What program did you use? Did you chop off our heads and place them on different bodies?
This is the order I would suggest given the things you have them saying:
Steel (looks just fine there)
Comrad
Nuri
You
Me
Hawk
Kitsune
Barroness
Keep up the hard work!

Honestly, I tekteked each other's avi, I either added something that they were wearing on their avi or I looked on your guys's wish list.
When I was making it, I needed to take my mind off of stuff that's happening and the best way is for a project, right?
I don't think I do so much for any other guild...

Much better! Only one thing (which is kinda insignificant anyway) you forgot my doggie ears! No big deal if you have them there or not. The continuity is there and much better.
