This is a part of the city that is much nicer than the center and seems a alittle peacefuler. in the center of West Haven is The Genesis Corp building the tallest building in West Haven.
Seein as how this is Former heros territoy and of the former heros can call upon 3 hench men. when in a fight

Ruby walked along the streets, checkin out the tall buildings. There was a man made waterfall at the side of one building, and she liked to go and sit by it at times.

Ryu noticed the two walking...so he decided to invesigate. "What's up guys?" Ryu questioned as he ran up beside them. "Are you okay Ruby?" Ryu questioned as he glanced back at Seth with worry.
