Ryan hovered over to him. "I know. This being dead thing sucks."

Austin jumped back. "Whoa, when did you die?"

"Hmm, probably around the time Andrew did. I was defending some Portuguese people from the minions when I got in over my head.

"Wait, wait, wait, wait. Andrew's dead too?"

"Yup. So is just about everyone from the agency, and a lot of other magical creatures."

Austin was a bit overwhelmed. "Well, it is a little more crowded than the last time I was here."

"Wait, you've died before?"

"When did this happen?"

"We've been over this." He was surprised that these members didnt know about his past. "I used to be evil, and after I was vanquished I ---"

"OOOH, I remember now. I wondered who everyone was talking about."

Austin gulped. "Everyone?"

"Yup, not many people liked you." Ryan was casually talking as he entertained himself by enjoying his new hovering abilities. "ya know, maybe this dead thing isnt so bad. I mean, we're about to enjoy eternal bliss arent we? I could get used to it." He grinned.

"Well, personally I dont like it. I'm finding a way out."

"Good luck with that. I've already tried....a few times. I'm a Levi and I couldnt even get out."

Ryan hovered around him. "Someone's a little self righteous..."

Austin hovered away as they where arguing. There had to be some way of getting out. He had done it before, he could do it again....hopefully.

Brook appeared in the spirit realm, as a spirit, but she'd used a teleportation potion to get there. She looked around and didn't see Austin. Had Shadow tricked her again? She hoped he hadn't. She silently cursed herself for acting soley based on her emotions and Matt's influence.

"Um.. I'm not dead yet." She said, distractedly. "I will be soon if I don't hurry though." She told Ryan, recognizing him from a conversation with Dan. "Do you know Austin?" She asked, uncertainly. She hoped he was there, at least then she could save him.

"Do you know where he is now?" She asked, quickly. She needed to find him as soon as possible. She was losing too much time, too quickly, and she had no idea where Austin actually was.

Brook looked around. "Thanks." She said, uncertantly. There was no way the elders would've made Austin a whitelighter, even if he was part good. She needed to find him. She was running around the overly-happy people, looking for Austin. She needed to find him, before her time ran out.

She sat down on the rock and buried her face in her hands. "He can't be gone." She told him, wiping her eyes as she felt tears form. "I can't be too late." She told him, her voice shook as she began crying more fluently. She had about a half hour to get back to her body, and her head was a beginning to hurt a bit. She wiped her eyes, keeping her face covered. She couldn't believe he was gone and Shadow was right, it was her fault.

She looked up. "If you don't recall, you betrayed your master to." She told him, her eyes still glistening with tears. "Burn in hell, Gaias. Shadow will join you soon enough." She added. She would kill Shadow, if she could. And if she didn't she'd do everything she could to help.
