Jet sits at the house waiting for Wednesday. This was going to be exciting. However, he wasn't sure how to do it. Just ask her? Take her out and have a fun day first? Or what?
Jet held the ring in his hands and just waiting when she got there.

Wednesday hums as she enters the house, smelling like she been working in her garden but instead she was helping her other daughter build up her rose garden to climb around their house. "Hi Jet," she muses as she closes the door behind her and looks around, before putting her garden gloves on top of the table and looks at her mate. "Oh I got some really exciting news to tell you... Its about Ducky.." she muses, then blinks, looking around a the silence; then there she approached Jet. "What's wrong sweetie?" she asked.

Jet nodded and then smiled. "Nothing is wrong. What about Ducky? How come I'm always the last to know? Oh well, that's not important. How about we take a nice walk on the beach?" He asked as his hands fidgeted with the ring. He wanted this to be a bit more speacial then just here.

Wednesday smiles as she chuckles softly. "We're the first to know sweetie. Ducky's pregnant," she muses as she looks at Jet. "Sure.. I would love a walk on the beach. Been a long time since just us a walk on a beach," she said, smiling brightly. "Well..? come on Jet," she said as she laughs softly and took a step outside the house.

"Well, that is a shock. I can't wait to see them. I hope Ducky tells Zoe. I'm sure she'll want to know. Grandparents..." Jet smiled and chuckled softly.
With her voice calling him Jet followed Wednesday out the door. He still held the ring. He was worried a little. "It's a nice day." He said.

"I'm sure they will visit. After all Ducky tells Zoe everything," Wednesday chuckles softly as she turns to smile at Jet. "Is everything truly alright? You act like there is someone after you.. come on.. I dont want to miss any of this sunshine," she said and grabbed Jet, walking fast until they reached the shore of the beach and then slowed down.

"Oh, yes I guess they do." Jet said. He hated that he was a little to concered with something else to think about the upcoming grandkids. Oh well, he would think about it soon.
"No, I'm not no." He chuckled and held her hand with the hand that didn't hold onto the ring.
"It does feel nice and warm on my face." Jet comented on the sunshine.

Wednesday smiles softly as she chuckles in the same tone. "Yeah it is.. so you got me out here. What's going on?" she asked curiously as she looks at Jet with the same curiousity.

Jet scratched his head. "Okay, I wanted to say that I love you. I love you more and more every day. I would never leave you. You are my world. If I ever hurt you I would be hurting myself." Jet started. He wanted to lead up to it. Jet hadn't done anything like this. Not really.
Jet then got down on his knee. He chirped to look in the right direction, at her face.

"Ooh Jet.." Wednesday said as she looks at him getting on one knee. She smiles brightly at what he was doing; having no clue but she sensed it was something of great importance to them both. "I love you too sweetie," she said softly.

Jet loved hearing her voice and the words were wonderful. "I'm glad. Well.. will you... marry me?" He then held out the ring. It was made with her black berry bush wood, with a pinky-red pearl and set together with a few of his guitar stings woven together. He chriped to reach for her hand. If she said yes he would place in on her finger.

Wednesday blinks for a second, time lost there. She peered closely at the ring and gasps, realizing the significancce of this. He was actually asking to marry her. She loved him so much now. "Jet," she said, her voice choked with soft tears. "Of course I will!" she said happily.

Jet smiled widly and placed the ring on her finger. "You will? Oh, thank you so much. You made me the happiest guy ever." He then stood up and took her in his arms and went to kiss her.

Wednesday giggles as she hugs Jet, very happy about the situation. She then gave him a tender kiss. "Well you just made me the happiest woman ever," she said as she smiles brightly.

Jet chuckled. He was very happy. This was going to be great. "I think our wedding will be great. I got the stuff for the ring. I hope you like it." He wasn't really able to see it, but it did feel neat.
