It is a sunny day, the sun stands bright up in the sky and the soda grape river is glistering. Swedish fish jumps up and down in it, playing around. A perfect day for the newly weds, Aika and Toto to have some time together, getting ready for their future together.
But what is a happy future with no friends in it?
Will they find new ones at this very new place for them?

"Hon!" Aika called out, laying on the sand, trying to decorate a shell with black pearls. "Do you think a purple, blue, black and pink theme for our home will be nice?" she looked at the little thing she had in her hand. Shells in a cave could be a nice mix.
It was such a beautiful day and Aika just loved spending those days at the shore, messing with little things or just simply check other numas out, along with her very own hubby, Toto. Sighing happy, she couldnt help but glancing over at him, admiring him. He looked so fluffy.

Toto was nearby, in their small raft, fishing candies "Mmm well that's a nice combination, but I am gonna help you out with shells when I am done with fishing!" and he smiled to her
"Oh why don't you come and lay down on the raft and when I am done with fishing we both go on sand and collect pretty shells?"
Toto knew that Aika might be lazy, but he loved her so much and didn't mind her being lazy

Ness somehow found herself knocked off balance somehow when she was flying. This caused her to plummet into the river just off the shore. Since she fell in a shallow part of the river, she didn't get all wet; but she was still considerably wet on her bottom half. She got up and tried to shake herself off.
When she looked up, her face showed a little surprised. There was a nice big pink and purple fluffy numa with.. very nice wings. with some shells... Ness chuckled to herself. The show off in her decided to just roll with this turn of events. Why did this numa have some familiarity?

Just as Aika was considering wether or not to join Toto on the little raft he had built she flinched and dropped her shell.. Sitting up on the shore she saw a half wet numa walking out of it. Giving Toto a puzzled look she turned back to the stranger.
Spreading her wide wings she stod up, "Are you alright?" she asked with an concerned voice. Not sure yet if she was mainly worried or just polite. That was some slam dunk the numa had done.

Toto got stunned when she saw that half wet numa "Oh my are you ok?" and then he got close to her with the raft and gave her a hand "Aika come on, we gotta help her out and see if she needs something" and then Toto dropped the fishing pole and got his both hands free to be able to help her out

Ness got up and out of the water on her own. She stepped a few feet away from them and shook herself off good,stretching all her arms and legs and her tail.. trying to get all the soda off so it wouldn't stain.
She then spun around facing them with a huge smile on her face. "No worries good neighbors! I am fine.. I .. meant to do that.. of course.." She gave a laugh like it was something funny she was accustomed to doing.
"I was just trying a trick. I knew full well I might fall.. but hey... falling is part of flying..." She shrugged and played it off nonchalantly like she was perfectly fine.

Aika raised an eyebrow, not really believing the numa. But then again, Aika always thought people lied. Maybe cause she did alot, in her flirty own way of course.
Not wanting to question her, especially with Toto near and really concerned she smiled and and looked at both of them. "As long you are fine, but be carefil with those tricks." Aika closed her wings and smiled. Aika had to hand it to her, that numa sure looked confident. Buut... "You are new to flying?" slipped her lips, her jaw dropped a little at herself. She shouldnt of said that. It sounded sarcastic.

Toto laughed when he knew it was a trick she has made "Oh my, you can't play tricks like that, it may harm you as it is not safe!" and then he got his raft on the shore and went off it, with the fish he got in his bag, he gave to Koki and pulled her to him "Aaah, let me introduce us, Koki, or Aika, my pretty yummy wife.. and me, Toto" then he smiled to the playful numa.
"so who are you? what are you doing here?"

She decided to sit down and act polite since both of these numas were so full of manners. "My name is Ness." She smiled wide with her eyes all a twinkle.
"Yeah.. but, if doing tricks were so safe.. they wouldn't be so thrilling.. and a girl like me gots to have her kicks..." She flicked her tail all about behind her.
Then she sat and rolled the name Aika in her mind... Her eyes ticked back and forth for a few minutes... "Say.... would you happen to know a black numa named Bruce?"

A girl like her, Aika thought to herself as her tail wrapped around Totos tail. She wasnt too trusting with other females, she preffered males.
"So love, you often practise in these areas?" she asked, her eyes piercing through her. But then she looked obviously surprised. Caught off guard. "Bruce? Well.. yes he is our friend.. my best friend" glancing over to Toto she then looked back at Grace. It wasnt hard to notice a huge change in her look, she smiled wide and so did her eyes at the thought of her childhood friend. "You know him?"

Toto looked with loving eyes at Koki, he knew that she doesn't like females around her hubby "Oh well" He sat on the sand "you guys wanna have some fish first as we talk?" and then he opened his bag which had many colorful and yummy fish"
Toto knew his pretty wife is not so happy, he kept caressing her tail with his, but he could not say much in front of their new friend

Ness caught her glare. She was going to smirk, but then she thought on second thought.. she better just wait and see. Ness really had no interest in Toto persay. It wasn't like she had need for more male friends. The ones she had were handfuls enough.
"Yeah. I know Bruce. Actually, he was my first friend when I moved into these parts. He really is such a sweetheart." She gave a soft giggle to herself. "Yeah see.. cuz I don't believe in romance. And, he thought he could so easily just change my mind about that.." She gave another chuckle but a little louder. "I am a stubborn girl. It's very hard to change my mind on anything."
Ness settled into the grass mostly just trying to maintain eye contact with Aika, not looking at Toto much. She hoped to avoid this girl's jealousy if at all possible.

"Well he normally need two days" Aika said in her friends defence and then sat down next to Toto, sighing to herself. "Its kinda weird, that he was your first friend seeing as he so recently moved here..."
Aika looked at the fish Toto took out. She loved the way he fished, he wasnt like any other numa she knew. So prude yet so full of life. Looking back to Ness, feeling a little bit more relieved, yet still a bit tense. "Funny he never mentioned you. But he had so much to tell, guess it slipped his mind."

"So we have common friend, why don't we call him over? you think it would be fun?"
Toto laughed a bit to Ness and pointed at Koki "Well if you are stubborn, what to call my stubborn Koki? guess she is the most stubborn ever? but hey! I love her"
He noticed that Ness didn't start sharing fish, so he looked at her
"Come oon, you don't like these candy fish? they are yummy! you gonna try some"
