Spiritbombs are easy to get....go to the GTS.Get a male and female Jap one or just an american on.Get the egg and it will take 7995 steps or something like that to get one.You could also just talk to 30 people underground then go to the old keystone pillar place where you use the Key stone at or something like that it's on the route*turns gameboy on*it's on route 209.The hollowed tower.
