why do periods change? Mine just starte to be regular at the beginning of this year, they were heavy and lasted 4-6 days, it was insane, but this week it was light , and lasted 2 almost 3 days, and never came back, it was very weird, why does this happen? does it have somthing to do with diet or anything?

Periods can change due to stress, diet, losing weight, thyroid disorders, illness, hormones during puberty, hormone imbalances, and certain medications. Irregular periods are usually normal and nothing to worry about, but your doctor should always be made aware of them just in case. It would help if you tracked your period to show your doctor exactly how irregular it is so that he or she can determine if it is irregular enough to be a potential problem or not.
