Im finally getting my first doll, but Im running into problems. ^^;;
I have the head already (Minifee Shuhu) but the eyelashes are posing a problem.
Half the time one side of the eye lashes for one eye is slanted down and wont stay up. I've tried pushing them back up but
they get all messed up again. I think its from the wig. The wig won't stay
out of her face and it goes all the way down to her chin. =_=
I'd cut it, but I'd be afraid Id mess it up?

Help pwease!

Have you tried pinning her hair back with a tiny clip on that particular side? Beauty and baby supply stores sometimes carry hair acsessories small enough, I found mine at a small beauty supply.

If they're crushed and you still can't get them to stay even with the hair out of her face you could try some clear mascara or some fray-check glue (used on fabrics) with a fine comb through them. If you don't feel comfortable trying them then let me know, I have to replace Itzal's eyelashes so I'll run some tests on them if you'd like.

Both my DOC U and Minifee Chiwoo had really loose eyelashes.
I fixed the chiwoos and got U a new pair.
If you do remove them be super careful. Use tweezers and whatever you do don't scrap the inside of the eye to get them out, you risk damaging the resin and removing some of the make-up.
I used clear pva glue to stick them in using the finest small brush from my paint kit to apply the glue and the tweezers to attach the eyelashes. sweatdrop
The good thing about pva is it holds, but unlike superglue its easier to remove the lashes later if you need to.

A small dot of white Elmer's glue at the end of a safety pin or toothpick will do the job easily. But just be sure to remove her eye first, so you don't get glue on it and ruin them.

Elmer's glue stays in place very well, and it's very easy to remove without doing damage. :3
