Okay so, for a long time I've thought I was anemic. A few times, like on the 1st day of my period, I have got weak, shaky, naseous, etc, and I've passed out randomly other times when I've not been on my period. I've had to miss days of school because of this happening on my period before.
Well today was the worst it's ever been. I started my period at 4 in the morning, and then around 5:45 I woke up again with all those feelings, except worse. These were probably the worst cramps I have ever had. They hurt my legs, and so my legs were extremely weak and my arms were too. They were so bad that I thought I might've had a bladder infection because they made me feel like I had to pee right after I had just went. If the cramps dulled for a minute, I would no longer feel like throwing up, only to immediately feel terrible again when they came back.
Okay, so here's the part that was different. I was sitting on the toilet, and then suddenly my body got all tingly and weak, and I could hardly see because everything looked fuzzy like on a tv screen. I got up and washed my hands and stuff, which was extremely hard to do. Then I walked out of the bathroom, which I don't remember doing, and I passed out and hit my face in 2 spots on the railing of the stairs in my house (I passed out in front of the stairs, I wasn't climbing them). After that, when I got up I felt a little better for some reason, but not much. The Midol that I had taken around 5:45-6 finally started to kick in and I was able to sleep eventually, after all that dragged on for a while. Then later when I woke up I had no energy, and felt how I used to feel when my aerobics teacher would work us out too much. Other than that, my cramps were gone and I wasn't sick feeling or anything.
The funny thing is that I haven't experienced anything like this for while, and I thought I had more iron in my system since I had just eaten steak the day before, as well as eating more meat lately in general. So really, does anyone know what could be wrong? I always thought anemia, but I don't know. What do you guys think?
Also, my mom isn't a very good mom, she doesn't understand the concept that I need to go to the doctor, so telling me I need to go won't do any help.

It could be. Can you drive, or do you know who can drive you to the doctor?

I can't drive, but my boyfriend's family could probably take me. I don't really want to ask them something like that though, and... my mom would get mad if they took me. Sounds weird, but that's just how she is. She keeps saying she'll take me but never does.

Hmm. Well, if you do decide that you want to ask them or someone else, you can have them take you to Planned Parenthood or Family Planning. That way, your mother never has to find out unless one of you decides to tell her. I used to go to Family Planning, and they would check me for anemia every year.

Oh, I didn't know they did that. I know they do a pap smear and that stuff, but I didn't know they checked for anemia. I'll actually most likely be going there when my boyfriend can drive (I'm 16, I just haven't got my permit or license because me and my mom are both lazy), so we can get birth control (we've just been using condoms) and so I can get checked up and stuff. So I guess that's good!
But what happens if I go and they give me medicine or something, then my mom finally takes me to the doctor herself? Would I just stop taking the medicine or something, and do what the new doctor perscribes?

If you can get your mother to stay in the waiting room, then you would be able to tell the doctor all about what the people at Family Planning or Planned Parenthood said, if they gave you any meds, etc. If you can't get rid of your mother, then you could just call Family Planning or Planned Parenthood as soon as you got a chance and ask them what you should do.
