About a Week ago (or Two Cant remember) I said that my 360 Overheated and died. Well I got my 360 back and guess what? Microsoft sent me a Core console (without the Chrome) So I get all pissed and call up microsoft and send it in. My Prenium Console Finnaly came. Hoo-rah.

How did microsoft do that?

They don't actually repair your console. They just take your broken 360 and replace it with a different one.

Or so I've heard.

I know They do my console has a different number They sent me a 360 without a chrome disk drive

I don't think humans work at microsoft.
Although you think robots would put better quality in their consoles.
