Dark-oneechan Yep, 40K's answer to Warmaster. Titan's here we come! I do believe that Epic is older then Warmaster. Ahhh, the days of Adpetus Titanicus and Space Marine! Those were the days, days when Andy C. was still important! stare Are you one of those next-gen pokemon?

Lt_Brookman Those were the days, days when Andy C. was still important! Speaking of which, I was looking at the credits of one of my favorite games, Homeworld 2, and the name "Andrew Chambers" was listed as one of the main writers and developers. Is this a coincidence, or are 2 of my favorite pastimes (Homeworld and WH40K) rather directly linked?

Aslo I made the Wrmaster thread fist, cos it popped into my head before the Epic thread did. XP

I doubt that Andy Chambers works for THQ or Relic. Otherwise he would have made notice of it on his site here. Currently he is writing rules for another miniatures company. He has written the rules for Mongoose Publishing (Starship Troopers table top game) and written a novel titled "Survival Instinct". It is merely a coinceding name.

It looks like a very good game. If you go to dakkadakka.com you can read more about it. I may get more into it, once I get a steady income going, and get my lack of a life organized. Any who a really neat thing about this game is that when a model makes their armour save they 'flinch' back 2 inches. You can also pose you warriors without the use of green stuff or other such things. Though they need to work on the Skinnies abit more. It kinda bugs me that they did not base them off the game as well, I would have loved to use the 1st Class maruader suit.

If you need a quick fix of Epic, then go to Home of the underdogs (search google) and get Final Liberation. It's free electronic Epic 40k. Unfortunetly you can only be humans fighting orks.... even in multiplayer. Somebody always has to be orks and the other has to be humans. What's even more annoying is that they were supposed to release an expansion to include all the other races. At a time though a Chaos expansion was in the works. Alas, it was canceled. Meh, give it a shot it's pretty good. It IS a CD-rip though and is missing the cinematics. Which is a shame really because I here they were quite good. Supposedly they were live-action too.

I have a question. My friend said that there are three types of Squiggoths. One small, medium and large. Can I use an Epic Squiggoth to portray a small one?

Can I use an Epic Squiggoth to portray a small one? well, I haven't seen the new 40k orks codex, but considering that as far as I know the '3-size squiggoth' you speak of is merely a chapter approved thing then yes, you can probably proxy, but since the model rules are only semi-official (to my knowledge) then you have to ask permission to use it.

Imperial Armour, actually. Forgeworld.

Sorry Sarge but Kozo is right.Chapter Approved:Feral Orks. You had to build your own Squigoth.Forge world Made models later and updated the rules.
Also you couldn't use an Epic squigoth in 40k.Even if you used the biggest one it would only come up to an Orks waist. The smallest 40k squigoth can have 5 orks riding it.IIRC. You still need permission to use it.
