I am going to store memorable battles in this section of the guild. These are roleplay fights that have really grabbed my interest, or have inspired me in some way or another. I expect to fill this section of the guild with only the most entertaining pieces of roleplaying that I come across.

Haru Tachibana King Sieg wasn't one for fancy entrances when he wasn't in the mood. As such, the clouds slowly started to condense together above the arena and turn a dark blood-red. Moments later, thunder rumbled, and red lightning shot down towards the ground, creating a small crater and shooting dust everywhere.
"Heh..."
When the dust cleared, a red-haired man was standing in the middle of the crater. His head was lowered in thought, and residual red lightning crackled along his arms and legs. When he finally opened his eyes, they held a slightly amused twinkle.
"So you are my opponent? I am King Sieg Tachibana. It will be an honor to fight you."

ShadowsShadow Wolf smirked, dropping the ball of water to the ground where it quickly absorbed downward. "Took ya long enough to get here, "he grumbled slightly, "you can call me Wolf." Rather quickly, hsi sword was in his left hand and another orb of water was seeping up his arm toward his right. Looking his opponent over, he smiled; it had been some time since he had taken on a demon and if what he remembered about the name he had just been given, this was one hell of a demon.

Haru Tachibana ~...+ Meh. I'm not feeling too descriptive today. x3 +...~
"Let us begin."
To start off, Sieg clenched his fists tightly, cracking his knuckles and causing red lightning to shoot the length of his arms. His aura then flared up from almost nothing, to a raging cloud of red electricity that covered the length of his body. Though it was almost too showful for the Demon King's taste, it was just the tip of the iceberg. He walked towards Wolf slowly and rather casually with his hands crossed. As he got closer and closer, a bit more red lightning would course through his body. He was going to test his capabilities first, before he would decide what plan of action to take.

ShadowsShadow Great, lightning, it had to be lightning... This ment that close combat was a no-no here, even touching him would likely end up in a quick frying. It was a happy occasion that it wasn't one of those dry days when it feels like a wasteland, nice and moist with lots of water in the air to use... The orb had by now rolled it's way up Wolf's arm and was already freezing into a long spike shape, best to start off slow for now. A quick flick had the razor sharp shard whizzing toward the demon, another ball of water already forming in Wolf's hand. From underground a small buzzing seemed to be rising. Odd indeed.

Haru Tachibana ~...+ :3 -is ignoring Mashuu for obvious reasons- Darsh, Haru is the only one capable of using Akaiai. It'd be funny to see your character try, though.
Akaiai - Red LoveFor now, Sieg would keep cautious on the strange rumbling underneath him, but focus more on Wolf. He cocked his left arm back, and punched at the shard of ice. That same arm was covered entirely by a large red gauntlet, and the shard would not only crumble by the sheer force put behind the punch, but would also explode into tiny ice crystals by the red lightning that traveled from his arm into the shard. Sieg would then waste no time by running towards Wolf then jumping high into the air. The same left arm would glow with even more red lightning, then that red lightning would travel the length of Sieg's body.

ShadowsShadow So he knew that Wolf was at a disadvantage in close. Not only that but seemingly simply attacks wouldn't even phaze this guy. Now he was in the air and.. Was he shooting lightning bolts?! Wolf didn't care to stick around and find out. As quickly as he could, he dashed to the side, sending a rapid series of ice shards at the demon, in hopes of at least slowing him down, each shard seemingly grabbed from thin air. Meanwhile the broken ice that Wolf had first launched had seemingly vanished, misting away int the general air. The rumbling was slowly growing louder now, somewhere deep below, something was up...

Haru Tachibana Once again Sieg used his left arm to block the oncoming ice shards. A few weren't blocked and scratched at his body, but they were minor cuts and were no cause for alarm. Some of them didn't even bleed.
As Sieg reached the crest of his jump, gravity kicked in and he started his descent back towards ground. When that happened, the majority of the red lightning gathered at both hands as he went into a nosedive directly towards Wolf's location. Within a matter of seconds, he would punch the ground with enough force that it would cause a small crater to form

ShadowsShadow ((Sorry it took so long to get this done. Turkey day has messed with my head...)) The ground was begining to look rather sodden by this point, although wherever Wolf stepped it seemed to be dry. As the nosedive began, he swore loudly, he couldn't run fast enough to get out of the way of that kind of crash. His guess was the mas was planning on making a rather large hole with Wolf at the bottom. Not likely pal...
From the soggy ground and the air around him, he gathered a somewhat larger sized ball of water into what he was already holding. Taking up about a cubed foot(Well, sphered, but you know what I mean.) it was now pointed... Down? Wolf was holding it, pointing at the ground at his feet, angled at 90 degrees. Muttering to himself, he turned to face the oncomming demon and lept backwards into the air. As he did so, the water in his hands sprayed it'self out and down, acting as a sort of mini jet to propel him faster, farther and higher. More important though, it got him well out of the way of what was likely to be a large impact.
Meanwhile, the soggy ground was begining to shake and the rumble had grown to a roar...((Rawr!))

Haru Tachibana ~...+ >_> For me, it was either celebrate Turkey Day with my parents, or go a photoshoot. Guess what I chose? +...~
Not bad...
Dodging a downward attack by going up into the air....it was cliche, but effective. Too bad Sieg had predicted that outcome. By charging both of his hands with the same attack, he could punch the ground and use the momentum from that same strike to propel him at Wolf to attack again. Sure there would be a delay from the time he hit the ground to the time to took rise back into the air and hit Wolf, but if he was able to catch his opponent off guard with it, then it was worth it.
Three seconds before he would hit the ground, Sieg cocked his right hand back. As his fist met the earth, the intense shockwave and force from the strike sent him right back into the air towards Wolf from below him. Although it was at a slightly lower speed because he was fighting gravity, he compensated by adding more power to his fist with several spins. As he neared Wolf, his left hand erupted in a brilliant cloud of red electricity just as he continued his spin and aimed a punch at his chest. His body was covered in the red lightning now, and even if he didn't connect physically with the punch, the lightning would erupt from his fist in an electrical cloud and most likely hit him from a distance.
"Nagareboshi!"Quote: The opposite of Ryuusei, the user delivers a powerful upward attack that travels at the speed of a shooting star. Can damage an opponent's armor or weapon, if the user is heavy, armored, or has tremendous strength.

ShadowsShadow ((I suddenly feel very glad that I just finished charging this...)) It was a good move, better since Wolf hadn't expected it. It was, however, a failed move. As Sieg drew closer, the rumbling roar became a rending, tearing sound as the eath beneath the two erupted upwards in a huge waterspout.Wolf's favorite toy While it takes some time(3-6 posts), with a little water attuned to him, Wolf can gather most of the local groundwater to him. Generally he brings it up in the form of a giant waterspout, some 30' high and seven feet wide, with pressure enough to rend stone, and uproot trees. The water sprayed forth soaks back into the ground to be respouted, making it possible to keep the spout going almost permenently. Wolf tends to enjoy riding atop the spout, controlling the pressure where he stands. The spout cought Wolf just as Sieg attacked, carrying him further up and away from the punch. To avoid shocks from the electric punch, Wolf froze the water at his feet. He was now standing on a platform of ice (Which is an insulator as I recall..) held up by the huge spout of water. The plan was simple for now, let the demon punch the water, Wolf would freeze the area and send it flying. "Now the real fun can begin!"((Sorry that took so long, had some stuff I was doing.))

Haru Tachibana "Heh...."
Sieg neatly landed on the ground and cracked his neck. He was smarter than he looked. But that wouldn't stop him from winning this fight. As he looked at the pillar of water, an idea suddenly popped into his head. If his opponent was going to manipulate water like that...than so was he. He reached up and closed his hand around his necklace. Responding to his touch and to his thoughts, it glowed a bright red light, similar to Haru's "Akaiai" techniques, but on a small scale. As he spoke, a cerulean light shot out from the pendant and materialized itself behind him.
"Tachibana Soul-link: Mage Drive, Yuki!!"Quote: Kokuyoku (Black Wings) - An ancient necklace made from adamantium and a special onyx, that contains the souls of past generations. When someone joins the Tachibana family, they are required to give a small portion of their soul to Sieg. In return, they learn the secrets of the Tachibana family, including the secret "Soul-link" ability. This is the source of Sieg's soul-linking abilities, and at the moment only contains five Soul-links. Like most other Tachibana artifacts, the necklace is unbreakable, cannot be drained, cannot be manipulated, is immune to all effects, cannot be removed from his body, cannot be teleported elsewhere, or used against Sieg in any way. Quote: Mage Drive - Yuki : A blue avatar of a magician materializes behind Sieg. The avatar defends all attacks with a magical barrier and is immune to water and ice-based spells and attacks. His magic and magic skill combos are doubled when the avatar is out at the cost of halved strength and defense. As a blue barrier enveloped Sieg and his avatar, he felt his powers shift. He wasnow weaker physically and defensively, but his magical ability had doubled. A purple ball of energy began to form in his palm as he awaited Wolf's reaction.

ShadowsShadow Wolf shrugged from atop his ride, what else was new, this stuff was never easy... With a wave of his hand, he split a foot wide jet of water out from the main spout and directed it's force at his opponent. The section bent away from the main spout, almost like it was going through a U bend. With 600lbs of pressure behind it the jet shot forward. Changes in tactics were sometimes needed, but it was prudent to test things out first...((Ahh shortness...))
