You may create a thread, if you wish. Keep in mind that it will be an area, or building. You may not make private threads, unless it is a "human only" bar, or an "angel only" bar, or something, and even then you will have to let characters of the specified race in.

Now if you wish to create an establishment, fill out the following form and PM it to me, or one of the moderators (when we get some):

[b]Type of establishment:[/b] (Such as a bar, a residence, an organization headquarters, etc.)

[b]Character:[/b] Wwhich one of your characters is the owner/operator of the area)

[b]Location:[/b] (Which world it is in, what part of that world, etc. Be specific.)

[b]Reason it will make a good addition:[/b] (Self-explanatory)


Then you will wait for a response, and if it is approved, you may create the thread. Keep in mind, however, that sending the form does not automatically mean you can make the thread. You must wait for the "okay".
