My friend's neighbour had a doggy and it died. My friend hears barks and fast footsteps on her roof now and then.
And this doesn't relate to any supernatural encounterings but my friend's mom when she was small, she had a pet dog. one day she went to the mall came back, her doggy was missing. the next day, she heard a dog's whine- it was loud, then it got softer and softer till the whine ended. She looked outside the window a few minutes later and saw their neighbours barbecuing large peices or raw meat. My friend's mom never saw her pet dog ever again
Keep in mind my school is pure asains with me have friends that are asain with their moms living in poverty when they were young back in china and vietnam
SORRY THAT I SAY "AND" ALOT AND I FORGET TO PUT PERIODS IN MY SENTENCES! Too lazy to fix domokun

Hmm...
My family had a very special cat for over twelve years, she was only months older than me when she died and she was a firm fixture in the household, much loved. After she passed on I kept seeing her out of the corner of my eye, sometimes head on, I could have sworn she was right there so many times I couldn't count. It still happens every great while but I'm not sure if it's just an optical illusion or not. I do feel she hung around after first dying and that those times I'd be looking straight at her one moment and she'd be gone the next, I wasn't dreaming it up.
From another cat who I was close to as a child, I've heard meows which were removed from actual hearing range, as they sort of resounded inside my head, when I've been either awake or dreaming. There have also been strange dreams where I'd feel a specific pet, living or dead, had communicated something to me in my sleep, though I couldn't say without a single wisp of a doubt whether this was imagined or not.
I firmly believe that animals are spiritual creatures and find your stories entirely plausible.
