Ai means love/compassion. If you add -Suru to Ai (Aisuru) It becomes a verb (to love).

Its used as a formal way to say, "Yes". It can also be used sarcastically when doing dirtywork for someone XD

Un is a familiar way to say "yes". It is used only to friends and would be considered rude to say it to strangers or someone of High status unless given permission.
