Race: Demon - disguised as a mortal model.
Location: France
Age: She appears to be in her early 20's.
Skin Tone: Bronze. She's tan but not deep-fried.
Eye Color: A light icy grey to a dark charcoal. Fluxuates with her moods.
Hair Color: Fire engine red
Hair Style: Curly, mostly large waves, with bangs. Ends about her hips.
Body Type: Unnaturely voluptuous and leggy with a petit waist. Toned/slim.
Body Language: She's both a model and a Queen, gracefulness was beaten into her as a child.
Height: Around 5'11
Extras (all optional): She has relatively small black feathered wings, a white scar (2inches in length) across her collarbone, and a heart tattoo'd on the right side of her waist just above her hips.
Personality: Very mysterious. She's a demon in disguise so there's always that element of danger to her. But most of all, Mek OOZES sex appeal. Or as Jaded says "she's the embodiment of sex/sexyness".
Clothing: Long elegant evening gowns. She'd likely wear something that's a little bit risque. Or, anything fashionable.
A little bit of History: Mekania is a half-breed demon. She's the daughter of Desmeden, Hell's King, and a goddess mother who wasn't aware of her husband's true identity. After her birth, her father revealed the truth and the goddess abandoned them both. Mek was raised to be the next heir to the throne and she gained this position sooner than expected. She was a teen just coming into her powers and an unfortunate genetic disease (succubi blood that skips several generations in her family) when her father died. While she was not a particularly bad queen, she never felt the need to conform to the social expectations of her status (meaning, she'd fall asleep during meetings, skip out of public functions, never bothered to pay attention to her suitors, marrying and divorcing an elf, letting her daughter decline Heir of the Throne status, etc). She did, however, enjoy going down to feuding territories and settle things with her own hands. Her Council, finding her lack of propriety to be appalling but still obligated to appease her will, set her on a "special" mission to the mortal realm to reign in chaotic demons and study mortal habits. This is where she met her half-sister and her future ex-husband. After two years living in the mortal realm (with brief visits home to do her duties), she returned with her husband to out him on the throne as her King. Shortly after, he left her and she fell apart which is both unQueenly and unDemon-like. She ran away. Back to the mortal realm where she settled herself in France as a fashion model and has since remained.
*Special Note* The form she's in now, her human form, is based on her perception of beauty/perfection and is not supposed to be anything like a "real woman" (much like fashion models!). So her exaggerated body type is supposed to be just that, unreal.

Personality: Very much the lone wolf, she's not really happy with company. She takes the general suspicion of her race in stride and uses dancing as an outlet for the frustration caused. It's one of the very few times when she seems happy.
Clothing: Long green skirt, red string bikini top, brown suede scrunch boots, a large green shawl (or thin sheer scarves), lots of jewelry and a golden string of trinkets tied around her hips
A little bit of History: Loki's story is still a bit of a mystery to me; she used to be a reclusive nymph but when I redesigned her features, I had to completely revamp her history as well. From the beginning, Loki was an odd child born to a gypsy father and an outsider mother (who didn't believe in naming children until after their first or second year). Her mischievious smile and general acts of mayham earned her the name "Loki" after the devilish mythological norse creature. Other than the name, there's no connection between the two. Travelling around with her parents to seaport villages and gorgeous capital cities she grew infatuated with the freedom of being on her own and never staying in the same place for long. She learned the art of dance from her father and her love of jewelry and collecting trinkets from her travels from her mother. At just barely 16, she was seperated from her parents while performing at a festival in one of those gorgeous capital cities (unnamed!) in a large crowd. The next time she heard anything about them, she learned her mother was dead and her father had disappeared. Not having an actual gypsy clan to belong to (her father had abandoned his in favor of her mother) she treats all the gypsies she encounters as her kin but never stays with them too long. She makes her way by travelling strictly from seaport to seaport and tiny little villages, avoiding the bigger cities as much as she can, never staying long and only befriending children (she has a soft spot for them). It was in one of these seaports that she gained a very persistant admirer, Dalton, who follows her from city to city despite her rejections.

Other: Her left eye is a peacock feather. She sometimes attaches a tail to her pants/skirts
Personality: Jealousy is her nature (truly! She's the incarnation of the Evil Eye). And so she uses it and the gift/curse she was bestowed with as a reason to push people who ask too many questions away. But she's very much the teenage girl in the way she pines/hopes for her dreams of normalcy to come true. And angsts when they don't.
Clothing: Covered up on top, lots of hoodies/long sleeved top with writing or logos on them (common phrase on her clothing: "Say No To Horns.") Plaid skirts or skinny pants/jeans for bottoms. Tall gold boots.
A little bit of History: Alcarin was born into a very technologically advanced society. Society, however, was not so advanced that babies are often born with one normal eye and one that is essentially a peacock feather tattoo'd over bare skin. It certainly wasn't the norm for said eye to develope a peculiar power when the child turned 12. But that's what happened to Alcarin. She lived in a tiny hovel of an apartment with her mother and grandfather (her father left shortly after her birth which was the very first expression of her powers but nobody ever made the connection). Even after it became apparant that her oddity was dangerous, she never felt comfortable wearing an eyepatch thinking it just drew even more attention it. Instead, she had grown her bangs out when she was very young and kept them in her face. In highschool, she identified most with a misfit band of cyber punks and spent most of her time with them and her boyfriend Tripp at the local electronic scrap yard called Karl's Junk (The Best Junk In The World). Things were going well with Alcarin for awhile and she was finally feeling accepted and the teenage equivalent of normality. Her happiness was interrupted on a date with Tripp when he innocently moved the hair out of her eyes. The momentary exposure made her power's impact much slower than usual. His bad luck began small and progressively became worse and worse. And then the dreams came. The dreams that pointed to his girlfriend as the cause. Nobody believed him as he became more paranoid and eventually, his parents admitted him to an asylum. News eventually came that Tripp had hung himself in his room. This event is what propelled Alcarin into finding a cure or at least control over her eye. After researching for anything to help her, she found a news article discussing strange, but oddly familiar, occurrences on the island of Brazil. And that's where her adventures start!

Personality: Being an assassin, she tries to remain as mysterious as possible. Leiko is extremely vain and competitive.
Clothing: Anything that will make her pretty and/or she can move around easily in. Usually in a Chinese style.
A little bit of History: Altering because Kill Bill came out and there are too many similarities to Lucy Liu's character and I'm not happy about that.

Location: Chicago (late 1800s/early 1900s) or time travelling through the Wild West

Other: Jade looks pretty plain-jane but is still somewhat pretty. Her facial features are long and narrow.
Personality: Jade isn't the kind of person you'd invite to liven up the party. Everything is "strictly professional"- all business and no play. She distances herself and is easily annoyed by everyone and everything. She's level-headed, observative, and quick on her feet . She's an amazing asset to the detective force, even though her entire department is afraid to approach her.
Clothing: light brown/tan trench coat, darker brown shirt, tight-fitting black pants with a silver gun and holster strapped to her leg or hips, and brown detective hat.

Body Language: Stiff and alert, like a soldier when he's not around Mekania. Relaxed and casual when she's in his presence.
Height: Around 6'3
Other: He has a tattoo on his inner upper right arm of the letter 'M' with three smaller 'M's across it.
Clothing: blue/black armor (see refs). Casual wear would probably be in a kind of vintage-y style. Creative liberties are welcome. The only thing that's a must is that he always wears a black bandana.
Personality: He’s might not be the warmest guy around but he’s very loyal and will get the job done, by any means, when given a task. He’s very guarded and would prefer to be in the company of books or pouring over battle diagrams than with other beings. It stems from his irrational hopes to avoid garnering too much attention and he tends to downplay many of his achievements to deflect someone taking interest in him. He has a great respect for authority and tends to play by the book outside of a battlefield.
A little bit of history: He was found at a young age in the Mashin army barracks. Investigations of his origins produced no results so the company took him on as a sort of squire and he quickly embraced the soldier’s life, learning everything he could. Everybody assumed he was just a human orphan until he hit puberty and showed promising (but minimal) magical ability. He began to climb the ranks of the army slowly (so slowly, everyone started to notice he had stopped aging physically). It was during his promotion to General that his nightmares of getting noticed were realized. And by the most powerful woman in the kingdom, no less.
