Okay, I have a question for everyone. I was talking about the Greek Gods earlier and an RP I'm in right now and a girl suddenly says "The Greek Gods are gay."
I took offense to that, so was a bit snappy with her, to which she called me an ignorant hoe, saying she thought I was smarter than that, because gay means happy or decorative.
When someone says something in this way "The Greek Gods are gay" what would you think? 'Oh, the Greek Gods are happy!'
I'm sorry, but I didn't get the reason for her doing that. After she explained the "context" to me, I apologized and explained most people would probably take it the wrong way, to which she called me an a**.
I can't take any type of confrontations, really, they cause me physical pain for some reason, so my chest is aching over something silly. But what would you think? Do you agree with me?

In context of today's world I would say that person was attempting to get a rise out of someone. Thats just not nice. Sorry that happened, bummer.
