Well, seeing that I'm a guy...
Being turned into a cat GIRL would give me a bit of a shock, probably would faint.
After my recovery, I would learn what it means to be a woman and then try to find a way back to my male humanity. In public I would hide my inhuman traits as much as possible. Since Cats do not have any rights under the constitution.

I would at first be extreamly happy. Then think of how I now need to buy panties, and make full use of the weapons in my room to keep my friend Dan from razorblade raping me... Yeah, I'd need to be very carefull around him. It would rock though, and I'd finally have an exuse for possesing a eerily realisit meow.
