A wand serves as a focusing tool that enhances a wizard's capabilities to perform magic. While performing magic without wands is possible, wands are required in most spells. Wands come in many varieties, being made of different woods (such as holly, vine, oak, and hawthorn), and having different magical cores phoenix feather, unicorn hair, dragon heartstring, etc.).

I have an Oak wand for endurance, and triumph. With a Phoenix Feather Core for defense and attack enchantments. It is 12 inches long and sits in my right hand.

10 1/2 inches, cedar and floo powder, a strange Gregorovitch combination indeed! You've been bitten bad by the travel bug, and change is the name of your game. A true wanderer, you can't stay long in one place and wish to travel the world.

It seems to be quite Magically Clairvoyant indeed. All of us do
need Wands that are powerful in wizarding battle ~ in real

Hm~ my wand? Durable, light and easy. Genrally an all-purpose wand, but more suitable for the charms or 'easier' aspects of magic, than for more hardy ones, such as transfiguration....but can be succesfully used for healing purposes and creating various sweet and light charms. Not quite appropriate for active battle spells, and the defensive ones are no exception....
It is made from maple. Useful for bringing things together and uniting isolated parts into a single whole. Additionally, maple has great protective qualities, and can easily deliver from disturbing passions, depression, and bad memories. It is also terriffic for improving physichal apperances~
Also, the wand has a core of unicorn hair. Which, supposedly, keywords are good fortune, luck, success in life, prosperity, positive energy, optomism, easiness, attraction, popularity, integration, unification, sweetness, freeing from deep passions and depressive thoughts.

Me wand is made out of Mahogany (excellent for Transfiguration! or says Ollivander) and Female unicorn hair. (I can focus easily and do most spells with this.)The length is 12cm. But recentle I spilled Maple syrup on it. I hope it still works! whee
