So I'm still fairly newish to Gaia, been here since February. I've decided to make a quest thread, and I was wondering if you guys had any tips. I always see these really catchy, snappy looking ones. So yeah, any advice?

I'd read the charity rule forum twice over. it gives you some nice tips on formatting your quest thread. mine's not flashy, nor does it bring in a lot of people... but really it helps me keep track of what I've done so far, and what I still need to do. just click the link in my sig if you want to check it out. wink
it also depends on what you're trying to quest for. and some people do raffles or give-aways as a draw for people to come.
good luck with your quest in any case. biggrin heart

Good luck, and also you may want to hold some contests like: Bumping, or something.

Well, all the quest threads I've done nave failed, but I can give you some advice. If you or a friend of yours does graphics (such as banners) see if they will make you a few for it to make it look catchy. Also be very organized when making it because one of the main reasons (if not THE main) is, it's for your own use to keep track of your progress and if you apply for a charity and they request a quest thread they will probally choose one that is well put together reflecting that you are working hard to reach your goal.
