It occasionally happens that it goes quiet here. People either get busy IRL or don't have much to say or (like me) both! smile

I guess there's not a huge amount to discuss at the moment. Sonic 360 has been and gone, there's not much news on Smash Brothers or Sonic Rush Adventure for the time being. The boxsets have been released and we're waiting for AoStH. All quiet on the Western front, I guess.

But remember, there's always the World o' Outside Interests to post non-Sonic stuff...

And I really should've been fair and updated my absence thread, like I usually do when I decide to go wandering off.

It didn't stop raining for the entirety of Sunday.

I caught borderline hypothermia on Saturday night - got better, though.

The fae survived, and is currently working on some of the most top secret and potentially life-changing research in fae history, which I'm only mentioning here because nobody from my system can use cheat and use that knowledge IC, because nobody's within the system.

Yes, it's that explosive - and I've told you the system owner's view on cheating before. scream

I fear for my prospects over the summer, but it'll be interesting to see if I can pull it off.

She's also being frantically wooed by a rather shy, unsubtle and very maladroit half-ogre. Opinion within the faction is split between those who think that this is hilarious and're trying to organise a wedding by any means necessary (mostly those people who know the fae, and who he asked for advice behind her back, including Tony rolleyes ), several people who've proposed to her themselves rather than see her pushed into that, and a number of traditionalists who're quite prepared to kill him for coming on heavily to one of six remaining members of the Tuatha de Danon (and four remaining members of her knightly order, which includes two deities and a demi-god as members) in a 12,000 character system.

Assuming that I'm still playing the same character by the end of the summer, I could be in for a long season. wink

I told some stories around the campfire. The sky didn't fall in. People kept asking me for encores, and another member of the faction (with a singing voice) wants us to team up and come up with some double act stuff for us to do over the summer.

Also ran into someone who recognised me from last year's MCM Expo, who was with the group we were camping with. smile
