I was just wondering what other people thought of her character... I thought it was kinda unnecessary to put her in randomly like that, it just seemed like they were repeating the whole plotline of having a new sister exactly the same as Paige used to be. Any thoughts?

well i like how they mixed billie and her evil trifling demn like sister in there!

i didnt think of billie as a sister just a minor character she is like paige cocky in the beginning
